Paladin. I have tried leveling one and hes level 23 right now. I was hoping to try Alliance quests before Cata releases but its looking like it wont happen.
Also Warrior haters warriors become 1000000 times easier with BoAs. I did my first character (A warrior) to 80 and leveled another with some BoA gear and it was night and day. Guess thats what you get as the most gear dependent class eh?

Hunters for me. Never liked managing a pet, never liked having to deal with mana on what should be a physical class.
Also, Priests. I never liked the play style of Shadow (I already had an affliction warlock and a mage) and it was the only way to level for the longest time.
But with everything getting overhauled in Cataclysm, I will be giving them another shot then.

Rogue. No encounter control, no hybrid mechanics, too vulnerable, too offensive...
What's sap?
A one target CC.

Mage and Paladin, just can't do it, my Mage has been sitting at 24 for about a year and a half now...and I can't even bring myself to create a Pally.

Warrior, DK, Rogue, and Priest for me. I dislike the rune, rage, and combo point system and just can't get into messing with them. As for priest, I dunno why really. I enjoy druid healing more than holy priest, I enjoy warlock more than shadow priest, and while nothing really compares as directly to disc priest I just never really got into that either. I was never able to get into Shaman either but I'm enjoying them a lot on the PTR so I may finally play one on live.

Doesn't that constitute as encounter control? Hmm?

I deleted a lvl 30-ish mage for no reason I can remember - I think I was bored of levelling in general, and the class hadn't really excited me. I'll be attempting another one in Cata though.
Tried to level a pally 4 times. Can't do it. The highest got to 34 before it was either a) delete it, or b) /wrists. I hate the belf models though, (and all the alliance models :P) which probably had a lot to do with it. I will attempt a tauren version in Cata, but it will be my last attempt EVER. I do like the idea of the paladin, it's just so bloody boring right now.
Got a rogue to about 20-ish. Not interested at all. Too squishy, too boring, too slow. I don't like the energy mechanic either, which is why I don't play my druid as a kitty.
Aaaaand DKs. Seriously...could it be any more boring? It's a shame really, because I enjoyed the starting area. Just got out to HFP and it was "hmm <yawn>" Managed to get as far as 67 before I gave up.
Not really enjoying my priest either tbh. He's 80, but he never would have gotten there if not for levelling with a guildie. My lock and hunter would have gotten to 80 easily enough without a levelling partner, but I don't have much interest in them now.

I just lost the last bit of respect I had to you.

For a long while, I would have said shaman. I got my shaman to level 50, and got tired of the totems and the play style and just... oof. I used my shaman as a banking character for a while (a few months at least). Then one day I decided to dust off the totems and start up again. It's been very fun, and my shaman is up to level 71 now. I don't know why my perspective changed, it isn't like I respecced or anything changed in the game itself.
My warlock drives me crazy. I got her to level 65 using Affliction and drain tanking. In Outland, though, almost every single foe uses Kick. Channeling Drain Life/Soul? Kicked. So I get to stand there for five seconds while skills recharge. Yay I can use a skill again... Kicked. I tried just applying DoTs and running around, but that wasn't any fun either. So right now my warlock is on the shelf -- but like my shaman, I may at some point return to continue through.
I haven't ever been able to level a priest. I've always gotten thoroughly bored before level 20. I took one shadow priest up to level 40, but it still felt... off, somehow. Just not very interesting. I'm thinking of making a priest for Cataclysm, though, hopefully the quest revisions will be enough to keep me interested. And I copied a premade level 80 priest to the PTR the other day -- I didn't feel like I had any idea what I was doing, but it was fun.
However I'm sure of my mage. I got her to level 74 for the portal to Dalaran. Leveled as frost, which was pretty easy -- until you run into the foes that are completely immune to frost spells. That got really old. Either burn through all of your mana using non-spec skills or change spec just for that group of foes. Annoying, and fatal more than once when I attacked something that was immune. In short, I didn't have fun leveling my mage, and after getting to level 74 I feel like I've given the class a pretty good run to determine if I like it.
