In the current incarnation of the game, where mana isn't really an issue, Berserking is clearly superior to Arcane Torrent, for PvE... Call it a tie if you want, I play Alliance anyways... ;P

Stop hating on fembelfs. They have the best horde caster racial (as well as the 2nd best PvP racials overall after humans) and male belfs are gay so we have no choice.
