I don't think you realize that aggro isn't instant. It's a lot easier nowadays, but still not instant when it comes to groups. Also, dps usually picks whatever they want to attack and assume tank will pick it up.

1. All tanks are capable of positioning efficiently (in less than a second). Learning how to position mobs quickly and efficiently is a basic and useful skill for any tank, and getting your hand held by your DPS does not help that. Though to be honest, I was assuming that the tank isn't chain pulling mob groups, and so has no need for some "run time" allowance while they run between packs.
I would love to see you properly position 5 mob pulls in FoS in under a second, when they are so spread that my consecration barely hits 2 closest mobs, and shield won't jump due to distance. And dps, of course, starts nuking the one furthest away that I didn't even have time to hit.
Anyway, what I hate:
1. dps/healer running in front of me
2. dps nuking before I even dropped consecration
3. dps stunning mob before it enters consecration
But mostly
4. people that don't know how to play and refuse to learn
What I like:
1. Someone asking for advice
2. Someone saying 'I never did this boss, what do I need to watch out for?'
3. Quests I just discovered for first time

- People that keep crying about Paladin buffs. You'll get your buffs when i'm ready, not when you are.
- People that yell "gogogo" in random hc's or "go pull". Sure, if the tank afk's for a minute without saying anything, then i understand, but not upon entering the dungeon.
- Alliance "stealing" "my" titanium vein.
- Losing HC Byrntroll to a DK.

I join LFD on a non tank. I quest while waiting for queue. Queue pops, tank declines.
WTH.
Tanks have an instant queue, why would you join LFD if you aren't ready to go?
Exactly. WTH? I've looked at my groups and seen that we're only waiting on a tank, then one queues and everyone gets the confirmation box. Everyone is ready to go but the tank. Sometimes it's a DPS who's fallen asleep as well. In both cases (and THIS is what really annoys me), my group gets cleared and I'm standing around in LFD all by myself again. What happened to the 3 DPS LFD paired me up with just a freaking minute ago? Pisses me off.

Slipknot (yes, I know you're gonna say it's mainstream music blahblah, so don't bother..) makes it clear: People = Sh*t. Do I need to say more? Well there are tons of nice people, but I happened to make my main to server that is full of f*ggots.
For example: I log in Og, go to Zeppelin tower to take zeppelin. All the sudden some totally random guy says "lol go raid dm" to me. I have 4,9k gs. And he is not the only one.. Why the hell do people think only thing in this game is gearing? I do what I want to. I farm reputations (finished SSO earlier today :]), farm mounts, titles, achievements. It's useless, right? Well, I can tell yer most likely everything in WoW is useless. No one seems to care about anything but gear... if you get some rare thing and tell to everyone, all you get is /CAERPOLICEHAZBEENSUMMONED...
So, in a short way: People.
And INB4 "GO TO PLAY SINGLEPLAYER GAEMS": yes, I know this is mmorpg, but there are luckily also nice ppl, that does not annoy me, and makes this game fun.
