Mains ally, so no
heirloom insignia
and thats a !@#$ load of badges... not really, badges are so easy to farm
go grind heroics for a few hours and your rogue will be thanking you
so..
this
?
or
this
both are fine, honestly
try out mutilate, if you dont like it go back to sub and try mutilate again in 10-20 levels (it gets better the closer you get to 80)

for sub: HaT, filthy tricks, SftS, imp evis, RA, puncturing wounds, malice, vigor, imp gouge
for mutilate: mirror sub up until prep and dirty deeds (minus imp ambush and hemo), dw specialization

So

?
pretty much, the points in hightened senses and MoD aren't nessesary in BGs but they are throwaway points that can be spent anywhere
the problem is that is a level 80 build... at level 80 you should respec to
envenomprep
(yes I know there is a glyph missing, envenompreps spec isn't set in stone, and alot of the spec/glyph stetup is based on your playstyle and arena comp check out caps
guide
for more info)

rogue bladestorm, 2 second silence, 2 minute evasion, 2 min sprint, sprint remove movement imparing effects, every time you dodge you hit back for main hand damage paired with ghostly strike, 8 second daze on melee hits, 4k sinister strikes is totally horrible for pvp, ... i see your point...
You asking to turn this into a 20 page thread if you pick one with shad..

you obviously dont read these forums much, lol. im not afraid of the "all-knowing" goshad. he has his opinions and other people have their opinions. thats the point of a discussion forum.
But i dont want i combat vs sub/muti argument, i see one every single thread.

So i got a rotation question shad, well i know theres not really a rotation in pvp but like when i open should it go:
CS>muti>KS>evis> spam muti till dead?
and on mages garrote>muti>KS>evis> spam muti?
or amidoingitwrong?

I patrol these forums enough to know that in every argument with Goshad you lose.
And no, Combat is not a viable pvp spec. It's a lol spec.
You definitely don't recommend it to newer rogues experimenting for the first time in pvp.

killing spree =/= bladestorm
bladestorm is super powerful no matter how many targets are around
if there is any more than a single player in range for killing spree, its complete #$%^
2 min sprint, and 2 min evasion- cool story but without the extra on demand availability of these abilities via prep, you are shooting yourself in the foot... with rogues poor survivability prep is a
must
for pvp
2 second silence is nice, but it hardly redeems the other sub par aspects of combat, especially when that 2 second silence is tied to an ability that already interrupts
Same with imp sprint... that snare removal doesnt make up for the lack of a shadowstep or 15% movement buff, especially since there is no snare immunity coupled with it
unfair advantage is only really effective against rogues and ferals in cat (lol) form, mitigated white hits against mail and plate aren't too noteworthy
you won't have ghostly strike (not that its a big deal anyway) until 71, don't gauge combats performance as a leveling spec by it
blade twisting = crippling poison that is just as unreliable as it is undispellable
4k sinister strikes? are you talking about level 80 combat pvp now?
ok feel free to gtfo any time

still on that opinions thing? ok, good, this will be fun for you
this won't be an argument of opinions, this will be an argument of logic
edit:
no, the argument wasnt a combat vs sub/muti....
i just said it was ...
goshad disagreed and said it sucked...
and i disagreed citing why...
and now he has disagreed again citing why...
edited for clarity
and yea, totally not a combat vs sub and mut argument

So i got a rotation question shad, well i know theres not really a rotation in pvp but like when i open should it go:
CS>muti>KS>evis> spam muti till dead?
and on mages garrote>muti>KS>evis> spam muti?
or amidoingitwrong?
actually at you level, thats basically it
garrote doesnt silence yet so you don't have to worry about it till 61 (and it will change your game when it does) so you are basically limited to using CS
if you encounter a lowbie lock or something and CS is off cd you could ambush I guess, but 99% of the time at your level you should be opening with CS
since you arent doing any hardcore pvp and working with kidney shots cooldown is non issue, you can basically use it whenever you feel like (just please dont wast it on targets one mutilate/eviscerate from death
evis will generally be your secondary finisher... if you are up against a rogue rupture him to keep him out of stealth (it doesnt and generally shouldnt be any more than 3 points however)
never garrote
slice and dice if the target is about to die from whites and an x point evis is unnecessary (3-5 points) or inefficient (1-2 points)
EA just generally shouldnt be used (unless you encounter that healer you and your buddies cant seem to focus down)
dont get into the habit of thinking that this "rotation" will ever last into the 70s, as more classes get the necessary anti rogue abilities the "rotation" will become less and less effective and, eventually, a poor use of your abilities
edit for clarification: don't use garrote yet
