I'm not sure about hunter abilities but here goes =);
Bastilla Shot
60 Focus/36% Base Mana
10-35 yards range 30 CD
You fire a Bastilla Arrow. Hits for 500% of normal damage, and reduces movement speed by 70% for 3 seconds. Cannot have a critical with this ability.
Canon Shot
60 Focus/ 36% Base Mana
10-35 yard range 30 CD
You fire a Canon Shot. Hits for 500% of normal damage and increases damage done to the target by 10% for 10 seconds. Cannot Crit
Talent Improved Heavy Shot: Gives your Bastilla/Canon Shot by 5% and then 10%

Thought of another one:
Kindered Spirits
100 Focus / 98% Mana 5 min CD
You swap souls with your pet, making the ultimate sacrifice. You are now your pet for 30 seconds. Your pet's armour (you) is increased by 300% and the damage you deal is increased by 200%. Also you Focus Regeneration is increased by 200% during the time. Your pet (in your body) is incapable from taking damage during that time.

Saying a prayer and steadying both hands, the hunter dual-wields his ranged weapon, firing a long-range shot that deals 8935 - 9472 Holy damage (at level 80). If the hunter doesn't move at least 20 yards before firing again at the same target, he suffers a Hunter's Mark for one minute, stacking up to three times.
Notes: 1) "dual-wields" implies dual-wield hit rating for this shot
