Wowhead Client won't update!

Hello,
I see that there are some issues with the Wowhead Client. Here is my error message :
Upload failed: Authentication failed.
Invalid server response.
I've configured the Wowhead Client with my own account. It worked yesterday but now it's broken.
What can I do to resolve this ?

That means there's nothing you really can do. It's an issue on their side. They are working on fixing it.

i'm using windows 7 64 bit ultimate and everything works fine expect one thing. when i click the upload button, there is no problem but there is no uploaded data either. everytime client says really lack data upload and nothing changes on my wowhead account. is anyone having a trouble like this?

When I try to upload I get an error window that reads:
Authentication failed.
Make sure you entered a valid Wowhead username/password combination in the Options screen.
And I've checked and re-entered them several times, so they should be right.
This is my first time using the client, so is there any activation I need to do?

I have Windows 7 64Bit and if i upload the Data the WoWHead Client stop running and an Errormessage appears from Windows, that the Program crashes. But the Data are uploaded.
And here on my Profile all of my Chars wont show up, it says Profile not found.
Can someone help?

My Character tabs are all locked. I was reading looking for a solution and ran across this thread. I was beginning to think this feature was for the "Premium Account" holders only.
My uploads worked just fine. Uploaded 3 days in a row with no issues. /wl collect reported no problems in game either.
In all my reading I seem to remember something that this feature was still in Beta. I can't find that thread now to link.
... the agony of of Cata Loremaster, guess I'll just stick to grinding rep.

It says to use /wl collect, which I do but and I get: "Wowhead Looter: Character data for quests, skills, titles, glyphs, currencies, companions and mounts has been collected successfully." but when I check Wowhead, none of the Titles or Recipes are showing up.

I've been having the same problem, and I posted about it a few days ago. My quests haven't been updated in four days, and every time I exit the game I "/wl collect" and use the uploader after. My character is up to date, but my quests aren't.
It seems this happens every once in a while-a month or so ago the same thing happened, and then one day it just randomly updated after not updating for about five days.
I just wish there was a fix, or a reply...

For me, everything seems to work when uploading, but afterwards, everything is listed as "0%" under "uploaded", except "pages" which now (not earlier) have a count of 0, and just shows a "-".

I believe that the wowhead looter update has not been processing on the website for about a month now, or at least mostly not processing.
I haven't read any single person since the issue started occurring posting that it worked for them, so I am assuming it is affecting everyone.
There has been no official word from wowhead acknowledging this as a bug/issue, although there have been a few wowhead posts stating things like 'It doesn't work for characters under level 10' or 'make sure you type /wl collect' and similar, which has resulted in noone coming back and saying 'oh, this fixed it for me'.
I am somewhat baffled that there has been no "Yes, we know this is a problem, it's been happening since xyz and we (have someone looking into it/have identified the problem and are fixing it/will have someone looking into it when they get back from vacation/cannot address it at this time as we have other xyz concerns) or something....
Or has something been stated and I missed the post?
I also haven't been able to update or upload my stats for a month or so now. Come on wowhead how about some communication on this issue.

I get the exact same problem. I don't even know how many time I've uploaded "successfully" now and those two tabs have never showed on any of my characters. I open each profession tab once like it says and do /wl collect, but it has never worked for me so far.

I'm using windows7, and this is a new PC, but it was working for a few weeks after the build.
Any ideas?

I'm running Windows Vista 64-bit and having the same problem as many above. I open the client, it says "Could not update a file- please try again later". Tried to re-install. It did not work. Tried running as admin - it didn't work. Tried turning off Curse Client updater - it didn't work. FYI: I have Norton, not any of the other probelmatic Antivirus software. Also tried disabling Norton and that did not help either. In the game, it says the looter is collecting successfully. However, I see my pages aren't updating and the Client is not opening like it used to.

This problem has been a longstanding issue we've been fixing (it happens for different reasons for people), but it looks like one of our fixes made it happen more frequently. Unfortunately the dev who fixed it is out for the rest of the day, but we are working on it tomorrow. Sorry for any problems =)
