Because you got screwed, does that give you the right to wipe the entire raid?

No, if you do stuff like that, you get a rep for it, and you'll never get into a pug group again on your server.

Intentionally wiping a raid (unless you are the raid leader and calling for a wiped attempt) is an automatic gkick+blacklist in my books. Never had anyone do on my raids, but back in Ulduar days, had a few people ninja our Naxx25 Sapph/KT ids.

Wiping the raid because you didn't get what you wanted? Pritty sad really, also immature and spoiled.
I am however all for wiping people on purpose if it's in good humor and everyone can laugh at it. I mean, it's still funny to see the tank run into the abyss when starting Kologarn in Ulduar, or sneaking off and pulling Krystallus when the party is heading up to the Brann event is ok if everyone got a laugh out of it.
But if at least one person doesn't like it. Don't do it anymore. It's not always a good idea to push the envelope.

There are nights when we get in a comical bent -- usually, when one or more of my guild have been drinking -- and some of us will start seeing just how badly we can wipe the raid. Repair bills notwithstanding, that can often be quite fun.
In this case, however? It sounds a bit like throwing a temper tantrum.
But then, let me hedge by saying I (and the rest of us) don't know the whole situation. If this kind of thing is chronic, I might see how things could get to the point that one individual might want to make a point.
There was only one time I've done anything like this (outside of the aforementioned guild silliness): I got really sick of a 5-man, where the tank was being an idiot, running off to aggro new mobs before the old ones were even close to being down. And the DPS were repeatedly ninja-pulling mobs that wouldn't have been a problem to bypass. (And consequently, I had to heal through it all... and my complaints about this crap, and my attempts to resolve the matter with intelligent, civil conversation, all fell on deaf ears) And so, when they got to one particularly nasty boss? The DPS were already pulling in adds. I dropped group. No heals. Instant wipe. And I don't feel one bit sorry about it.

actually it went like this.
Hi, I'm the tank I get instant queues. We are taking the middle route for the achievement. If you mess up, I will pull and leave.
10 seconds into the fight, achievement messed up.
Pull 3 packs, shadowmeld, instant wipe.
Did that 4 times until group died.
Had to go through 8 groups until we got it.
Ethical arguments aside, who's dumb enough to count on cross-server pugs to help you with your achievements? My 4500 GS bear tank mashes the swipe button with glyphed maul macro'd in and nine times out of ten I top the damage done. Another four times out of ten I top DPS, as well. Do you really know absolutely no one on your server who's half competent that's willing to help you?
That's like trying to recreate the flying monkeys from The Wizard of Oz in real life. Just accept that they're way too dumb and find some actual humans with jet packs.
The humans with jet packs are competent guild DPS in this metaphor.

If i get screwed by a guild run (like a guild who needed a tank for a run, i get "pugged" in, and they masterloot my tanking shield upgrade to their ret paladin) i will attempt to wipe the entire raid if possible, even though not the whole guild is "guilty".
Im lame, i know.

Wow thats really immature, i can not stand people who are to immature to handle situations. Just take everyone they can, down with them sadly this is probably how they are in real life to.

Nope this is good.
I find myself agreeing with Slaytanic in this situation.
The Master Looter should have at least let the two of you /roll for the item.

If you demand that loot rules be stated clearly in /ra before the first trash pull, and ensure the Master Looter insists that "No loot is reserved", Blizzard can and will intervene if the loot rules are broken by the Master Looter or anyone else.
Prolly the best course. People sometimes forget to ask for such things, however. Or, may not feel they can bring it up, if the raid is waiting on one more, and gets started quickly.
Still, it's a stupid Raid Leader / Master Looter who refuses to even allow the possibility of reward for PUG-ins.
I PUG'd in with a guild that was doing HTOC-25. I walked away with two ilevel 245 items from that situation. And as a result of the Raid Leader's even hand, I will make myself available to him whenever I can. Not simply because I expect to profit, but because he is an even-handed sort, and sees the value of people who may not necessarily be on the guild roster, but who can help his guild succeed.
