I just released version 1.5.3 of the Client. This version will print a success/failure message in the log (Menu > View > Display Log).

Please upload and copy the content of the log box in this thread.

Edit: Please feel free to add as much debugging info to this log as you want. I have had only one completely successful upload *ever* and I'm happy to provide as much data to solve this problem as I can.

The new Client isn't supposed to fix anything: it's the "old" Client + additional log messages.

Same as above, mine sometimes tells me I can't upload, but my page is updated (yay for Loremaster of Kalimdor) so it is making TO the server and updating but the client thinks it isn't :(

I have just started using Wowhead Client (less than a day ago!) so I gave only a couple of tries to upload my data. However, on my profile page I can see my character and some info that I wasn't able to when I created my account. So something must have been uploaded. ;-)

I'm on Windows 7 x64. Thank you for the support.

No, I recommend wowhead because it has always been zippy for me.

One thing I noticed was that the "Wowhead is unable to process your upload at this time. Please try again in a bit!" error is being issued BEFORE the upload is complete (as I could see on my network traffic monitor). It means the error is issued but the client continues uploading the data. And the data is being correctly uploaded as I can see on my character's page.

Thanks a lot for your help. I've been working almost all week on this issue and I just released a new version of the Client (1.6.0) which should fix all those issues.

As I said before, my data is being uploaded correctly as I can see on my character profile. The message "Wowhead is unable to process your upload at this time. Please try again in a bit!" is issued WHILE the client is uploading the data (as I can see on my traffic monitor). From one point of view it makes sense that the server won't reply until all the package is uploaded, but the client times out before that.

I have tried several times, with no sucess. Thanks again.
