I generally wait to see what the ally will do. I wont attack unless they start to attack me. Unless they are in the guild Chris Hansen with MSNBC, then I try to kill them no matter what. I actually enjoy fighting with them.

I rarely engage ennemies unless they acted aggressive before (attacking me, stealing mobs in front of me, attacking allies, etc.)

kill on sight, except if they are doing an escort quest in which i'll be kind and either help or continue on my way.
I'll never camp anyone though, unless they were camping an alt of mine.
i tend to be nicer to horde that aren't blood elves, especially when the BE laughs.
