This macro will use lichborne and cast deathcoils on yourself without deselecting your current target.
#showtooltip Lichborne
/cast !Lichborne;
/cast Death Coil

@player is the same as target=player. Both keep your current target selected.

The end result of target= modifier depends on the skill you use.
I.e.
MACRO 16777229 "F 3" "INV_MISC_QUESTIONMARK"
#showtooltip
/cast Pick Pocket; Pick Lock
END
WILL change your current target for pick pocket.

#showtooltip
/cast Death Coil; Lichborne
/cast Death Coil
That's what i 'm using atm. If you use modifier you death coil your target, if you don't its Lichborne and Death coil heal on you.

I made a new macro, my first actually. what I noticed about the above ^^^ macros, at least for me, was that once i clicked it the first time, If i spammed it to heal more, it would say "that isn't ready yet", even though death coil could have been casted again. I made a new macro which only tries to cast lichborne if it's available.
#showtooltip Lichborne
/castsequence reset=5 Lichborne, Death Coil, Death Coil, Death Coil, Death Coil, Death Coil, Death Coil, Death Coil, Death Coil, Death Coil, Death Coil, Death Coil, Death Coil, Death Coil, Death Coil, Death Coil
