So I received an email from noreply@blizzard.com with the following message, (I'll delete the link if needed.)
Greetings An investigation of your World of Warcraft account has found strong evidence that the account in question is being sold or traded. As you may not be aware of, this conflicts with Blizzard's EULA under section 4 Paragraph B which can be found here: WoW -> Legal -> End User License Agreement and Section 8 of the Terms of Use found here: WoW -> Legal -> Terms of Use The investigation will be continued by Blizzard administration to determine the action to be taken against your account. If your account is found violating the EULA and Terms of Use, your account can, and will be suspended/closed/or terminated. In order to keep this from occurring, you should immediately verify that you are the original owner of the account. To verify your identity please visit the following webpage:
((Random link))
Only Account Administration will be able to assist with account retrieval issues. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter, and your continued interest in World of Warcraft. Sincerely, Account Administration Blizzard Entertainment
And yet there are a couple grammar mistakes
Greetings An investigation
no comma and a random capitalization.
And it sends me to a website I am 70% sure is not Blizzard, however on the off chance that it is... I need a little help.

A few items of interest here:
Since when did Blizzard move their administrative offices to China and put Zhang Xian Feng in charge? I didn't see that in the Wowhead blog anywhere...
Blizzard shoots first and asks questions later. If there really were suspicions, your account would already be temporarily suspended.
You very well could be keylogged. I suggest you do malware scans with a few of the programs listed in the thread in my signature to help assure yourself that you're not infected.

Simple solution to these kinds of things. Don't click any links. Close the email. Try and log in. If you don't get an account suspended message, it's a hoax. If you do get one CALL them, don't respond to the email they sent unless told to by phone.

I didn't click any links (I don't know how to check what Sheridan brought up =P ), I ran virus software and changed my pass just to be sure.
And ordered an authenticator finally...
Thanks for the replies all.

If you're keylogged, changing your password does no good. I do hope you meant that you changed your password
after
ensuring your system is clean.

Aye. I ran a few scans then changed my password.

Sheridan, I thought this was rather clever. Is there a website that allows you to check owners of websites?

It's called the ARIN database (American Registry of Internet Numbers).
