Hi
The other night, I did 7500dps on Festergut in ICC10,
without any paladins or a DK
Would this be OK or not ?
For some reason, while updating my gear, I don't really see a dps increase. It might be the fault of my weapons though. Gief 25 saroniets !1
So, what are your thoughts about this 7,5K and what is your dps on this boss, since I think it's a pretty good boss to measure performance on.

you linked some shoulders...
i've gone arms a few times on this fight, and i do almost exactly 7k. but then again, i'm in offspec gear, which is a mix of mostly 232 & 245 pieces with a 251 weapon.
geared, mainspec warriors should be well over 8k.

Depends so much on the buffs it ain't even funny.
I do 4.5k unbuffed and 10k+ in a 25men.

I also have this feeling mark ....
Shouldn't buffs be little extra's? But without buffs, warrior dps fails hard ...

you know what? i thought you said 25 man for some reason...
i think 7500 in a 10-man is quite good, depending on the buffs you had.

Since the 5% buff.... 10k dps on ten man, lol @ good RNG and percentage scaling.
Lies you say? Pruf you want?

@ Kurasmaniac.
Why does your web stats have WW in 2 seperate tables?

7500 is great, I usually end at 6500 while on debuff duty. Relevant buffs are local AP, kings, tricks and faerie fire on boss. Really kind of crazy how much a couple buffs can affect our so much.

Because one is MH WW hits and the other is OH WW hits.

Aye WMO, and others i believe, put in your MH/ OH whirlwinds on separate tables, and i agree with buttery how buffs can affect your dps quite a bit.
Sadly RNG is also a HUGE factor in your dps (on the scale of ~500 dps at times)
Also take a look at our prot war and his usage of the
magical
shattering throw. Quite honestly the best move that most warriors don't use, double sunder for 10 secs. is the difference especially when your hardcapped on ArP and take advantage with a haste pot or timely cooldown.
I'd recommend you talk with the warriors you raid with and have them time out shattering throws to pop at the end each blight, as the cooldown of deathwish lines up perfectly and you can really push those big numbers :D
Also if you have a super nice DK you can bum a hysteria off him between deathwishes... yarr

really impressive. you do have a great raid comp for your personal dps for sure.
ret pally for might + crit chance
warrior tank for sunders
arcane mage for FI
DK for horn of winter
shammy for heroism
buffs make all the difference.
