Purified Lunar Dust & Silver of Pure Ice for arcane mages

I was thinking about using
Purified Lunar Dust
and
Silver of Pure Ice
instead of
Eye of the Broodmother]
and
Muradin's Spyglass
as an arcane mage the reason is because both Purified Lunar Dust and Silver of Pure Ice have passive spell power stat when equipped and those spell powers bonus are higher/equivalent to the stacking bonus spell powers from both eye of the broodmother and the spyglass. Plus the extra bonus mana/mp5 is good for arcane mages since we burn down our mana pool very quickly.
What do you guys think about this? or you guys have a better trinkets to suggest? However I don't like trinkets with "use: " effect.

Waste of a trinket slot. Never, and I mean never, take gear with MP5, ever. The same would extend to Spirit if it weren't on all the caster gear, but it'll be true again in cataclysm.
Arcane is intended to run low on mana and then evocate. Learn to use the cooldown and time it with the mana gem so you don't run out of mana too quickly. Muradin's Spyglass is the easiest trinket you can easily get while raiding. Eye of the Broodmother is good too, but it's not the best, and you can probably get an upgrade easily.
