Wouldn't trust it. Site looks amateurish. What it does isn't really possible.
At best it can block other programs using your internet connection while you play.
At worst (most probably) it can be a keylogger and steal your account.

It may be legit, but the service will make your IP address differ from the one you use to access the WoW servers. If the geographical distance between your computer and the wtfast.com tunneling server is a few hundred miles, you can expect Blizz to put a suspension on your account. In Blizz's eyes, you've shared your account information with a friend or unwittingly gave it to someone via a keylogger. For example, you can't log into WoW in Ohio and then log into WoW from Australia 2 hours later. Does that make sense?
Not to mention the fact that you're sending your account details to a non-Blizzard server. There is a registry hack
here
that you can try, but I wouldn't go through any of the tunneling services myself.

My buddy showed me this site because at one point I had issues with latency and he knows a few guys that use em and its legit as far as they can tell, drops the latency about 100ms+

It's actually legit, and doesn't look like some cheap scam site. Lowered my Latency from ~150 down to ~30. Never goes above 50 or so, at any time, except maybe tuesday nights.
