Should I have gemmed for ArPen? Im so confused

Thats it basically im not sure at to what point I should gem Arpen, or when to start. Do I gem it to soft cap with trinket or all out every possible gem?
Also ive read in guides to use Beserker enchant on both weapons, however Rawr is telling me to use it only on main hand and 110ap on offhand, any thoughts on that?

to be honest, i would keep gemming STR once you have reached the soft-cap (you will need to throw in a few ArP gems - dont forget to consider the arp buff food: its cheap).
