Permanently unassigning the shift keybinding on actionbars

In order to unassign the dragging of actionbar abilities when the shift key is held down (despite actionbars being 'locked'), the code:
/run SetModifiedClick("PICKUPACTION", nil)
works. My question, however, is how to
save
this as it appears I have to type it (or macro it) every time I log in. Is anyone aware of a 'save' function for this kind of script?
Many thanks.

Just create a addon with it, not sure on how to do it even though I've done it before so I can't be of that much assistance.

Cheers, I'll give that a try.

(If the above doesn't work...) Can't you unbind it in Key Bindings?
Under the Action Bar Functions section, near the bottom. You can unbind the "Previous Action Bar" and "Next Action Bar" keys.

Or get better at making staccato clicks of your mouse rather than drags when you really meant to just click. Breathe more while playing and relax a bit :).

Hack
allows you to set simple lua scripts to run on startup. Just create a new page with SetModifiedClick("PICKUPACTION", nil)
in it, and set it to run at startup.

But but, the big spider scares me! How can I relax?

Thanks to those with the constructive replies. As it turns out I did find a solution, so I thought I'd post it up here for anyone else who is interested.
Typing:
/run SetModifiedClick("PICKUPACTION", nil)
/script SaveBindings(1)
Into the chat pane stops the Shift-moving of skills permanently; the "save bindings" part referring to the whole account - put a (2) in there to save just for that character.
