* During free days we do alt runs to Ulduar10, TotC 10 and others.
What we are looking for in a raider?
*You must have excellent knowledge of your own class and other classes in a Raid environment. Also if theory crafting interests you then we would love to hear from you.
* Understanding of Raid instances and experience is vital.
* Great motivation is the key, that means you need to bounce back after every wipe and every hard encounter ready for more!
* Raiding is a Team effort, if you cant work as part of a Team then maybe this game isn't for you.
* You need to take an active interest in tactics, bring ideas and above all be prepared for raids.
* We use Ventrilo, so having a microphone and using it goes a long way, this a very important factor for consideration in an application.
Don’t bother applying if you…
* Are 16 years old – we do raid until 01.00 if needed on progression.
* Have a dodgy connection, even if you say you can do 10kdps this is irrelevant if you cant stay online.
* Are not able to take constructive criticism and learn from it.
* Like to play'gotta catch em all' on the Twin Val'kyr
