That depends. Are you the one whose farming the herbs and turn them to flasks? Are you interesting in making money out of FL?
for starters you say you are an Elixir master, that means that your flasks have change to proc for 2-10 flasks of your choise which as i can see from ur realms prices its a fair deal for you.
If you wanna roll the Ah for money and as i call it "fast money" the transmutes of meta gems which in my realm are about 55g each meta gem and with the extra procs to create tmore epic gems are atm insanly good profit.I 'm thinkin over to roll a toon just for transmute cause my main char's got jc and the Ah prices keep trying to empty my pocket.
Another thing for consideration is are you raiding enough to need lots of flasks not only for you but for your guildmates also?
In my guild we got several alchemists who each one have their own specialization and its rather convenient to co-exist with each other,1 makes the procced flasks the other the extra potions we need in our raids and the transmutes that we jcrafters turning into gems for our gear. But this is how we done, doing so far.If you want to fend only for yourself and keep making enormous amounts of money then roll transmute, mean time flasks will still sell in AH a lot cause ppl that making PUG's and not having a guild to provide them freely from the gbank will want them badly.
It s up to you to decide in the end and weight your options:
Flasks-->raiders,some time you ll see them in bgs also
Transmute-->if you got any friend with jc they ll gonna /love you for the extra procs and AH's make it up for you

Alchemists as i have searched so far and i m not 100% sure about that but the meta gems are being made from transmutation see earthsiege and skyflare diamond(gems for meta cuts)
so these are a huge profit out of alchemist and the extra procs from the specialization.Let s say that you originally can make 1 transmute as 2 flasks with no specialization.
Elixir specialization gives you the chance to proc from 2 flasks over to 10(mats that you originally make only 2,so it s like 2-10x40 per creation that leads to 80-400g from a single proc)
Transmute mastery will give you more procs on epic gems and meta also.Again with the mats of 1 you ll get more.
Imo for money i ll go transmute cause every single character needs the gems even jewelers that wanna lvl-up their prof are gonna buy a lot and are atm sure money.
But i would stick with the elixir master for the extra procs on flasks for my raiding and sell the non-proc gems i'm making for the gold.
Remember thought that s not a diffent proffesion we discussing about but one original and what specialization you are asking for.If you gather your mats and it s easy for you to go transmute go transmute for money if not check the prices which you gonna need for the transmutation and if its really worthing to spend for them or not.

It should reduce their price by about 25%.
