Hey guys, I just recently started a shaman, and I'm not the kind of person who likes to use pre-made builds (after having a terrible time with one).
Can you rate this build for me guys, and point out any flaws? It's a 17/54/0 Build.

I think of it as a PvP/PvE Hybrid Build. :P

Can't fault it. I have a few personal preferences here and there, but nothing I can really demand upon someone else. Good job.

Ah, thanks for the input. If you want, you can tell me what you think I should do with it, but otherwise thanks! Love the sig, by the way. "kk gogo"

Haha cheers, ShinEmperor couldn't have summed it up better.
Regarding your build, another option would be
something like this
(the differences being to drop Elemental Fury for Reverb, and Enhancing Totems for Static Shock).
I find the former to work better with the enhancement "rotation" (more Earth Shocks), and the latter is just due to the fact that I, personally, rarely use totems while levelling.
But like I said, a personal preference thing. Neither would be a game-changer.
Edit: Another thing that just occured to me. If you go along with the thought process of not really using totems while levelling, the talents in Improved WF Totem could also probably be put elsewhere. Again, personal preference.

The only thing I would drop Elemental Fury is Totemic Focus, only because Totems are srs bzness, and expensive business doesn't help me out, if you get where I'm coming from :D,
Reverb doesn't appeal to me much because of the rotation with Lava Lash and Stormstrike and all that other Mumbo Jumbo, I just don't think it'd be a problem getting it off cooldown. I'd also like to add, as a low level Shammy, I mostly only drop 1 totem(Conservation of Mana) when fighting mobs, and that's Mr. Strength of Earth Totem, and when the need arises I drop Searing Totem for Nova, but that's about it, so Enhancing Totems might be useful now, but I'll probably drop it later. I want to use WF Totem though, but I dunno if that'd decrease my proc rate on good ol' WF... so any input on that would be great! I'd also like to ask, why Static Shock? I get oom pretty quick now, and seeing as oom isn't a good thing, I'll probably be using Water Shield for more mana, right? I was debating on keeping static shock before I finalized the built, but dropped it anyway because of the semi-usefulness of the skill for enhancement anyway.

Woah slow down pardner! ;)
Only kidding, I love the enthusiasm.
I never bothered with SoE totem when soloing, things died too fast for it to be worthwhile. It does come in handy for elites though.
With regard to WF totem, I think haste is widely considered to be beneficial, regardless of WF procs. In saying that, that mostly applies to end-game, where more white hits means more Maelstrom procs, which has positive flow-on effects. With levelling, it could be a different story. Different levels of haste might potentially have detrimental effects on your DPS.
Static Shock is a DPS gain, however marginal. Depending on how deep you are into your Enhancement tree, you may have access to Improved Stormstrike and Shamanistic Rage. If you've got both of these, I don't see how you have mana issues? 20% base mana returned every SS, and a completely refilled mana bar every 1 minute? Of course if you aren't this far down the tree yet, you won't have access to them. In saying that, you also won't have access to Static Shock yet. :)
