Alright down to business, don't want any flame or bashing I just want pure answers and non-stupidity, will not answer you if your bashing me or anyone else anyways.
Now for 5 mans, yes people are undergeared or they just down right suck. But in 5 mans I pull about 3.5-5k DPS on seperate fights(I don't count overall dps cause its rly not accurate on your true dps per targets). And I hear people doing higher then that(I am destro).
Then in 10/25 raids I atleast pull 4k or higher, depending on trash or type of boss. But you also get more buffs in a raid so thats why higher dmg.
Overall I am doing the usual CoE > immo and etc... but still pulling this low dps in my eyes. How could i improve this dps(4980 GS).
Addtionally in 10 man ICC i pull only 2.7-3.5k dps maybe 4k if its on the bosses. And this is HORRIBLE for ICC, and I need some tips to pull higher. My GS is fine and can't really upgrade anymore except my boots I have are iL 219, except from that everything is 232 or 245.
So if anyone has anything that can pull out the big numbers on the important raids and maybe tell me how to improve my DPS in 5 mans I will appericate it.
Thanks

you just said "etc" instead of the information that might actually lead to us being able to help you.
4980 is low for ICC. improve your gear.
in the meantime you should have read the stickies
before
posting. start with the FAQ (linked in my sig)
...i'll even give you a head start on a relevant passage:
Q: I think the DPS I'm getting is not as good as my gear should allow. What am I doing wrong?
A:
general tips:
Don't clip your DoTs
- Get a good DoT timer addon and find a layout that you're comfortable with. This should help you see exactly when your DoTs are coming to an end and help you maintain a better uptime without clipping the end of the timers.
Use your trinkets
- The DPS that is attributed to certain trinkets on boards like this or 'elitist jerks' is based on the idea that the trinket's 'on use' effect will be used as often as possible. Trinkets can be powerful if saved for 'burn phases' (generally when the raid uses heroism) but if you're not used to saving them for these moments then it's much better to macro them into an ability and have them trigger whenever they're available.
Enchant all your gear
- your gear may be good but enchants and gems are hugely important. The rep enchants for head and shoulder slots of the most often ones to be missed.
Don't match socket colours without good reason
- When gemming your gear don't try too hard to match socket colours - Unless it's for a metagem requirement, in almost all cases a straight +23 spellpower gem is the best option.
Cap your Hit Rating
- Check the section on stats to find out
your
hit cap and get that cap. Don't go over. Don't be too far under.
Max your professions
- All professions give some benefits at high levels.
Use a proper spec
- The talent builds in this (and the other) stickies are carefully planned to provide the best ouput for your points.
Spam that button!
- When rotations say things like "spam shadow bolt" they mean it. Get a castbar addon like
quartz
which shows latency as a red section on your cast bar. As soon as this portion is reached you should spam the button to try to reduce the effect that lag has on your DPS.
Clicking is bad!
- Clicking spells on your actionbar with you mouse
will
reduce your output in raids. Use keybinds even if they are just the default number keys. If you are a "clicker" it is entirely worth the small drop in your performance for a few days while you re-learn playing with keybinds.

well, you are wearing a lot of pvp gear, and resilience does nothing for your dps. go get some pve gear and then come back if its still low.

I use to be a clicker before and looking back, I have nooooo idea how i did it. It's just so much more easier and fluent to have everything keybound. It takes some getting use to, and some tinkering to find keybinds that work for you.
As an affliction warlock, I have my keybinds as follows:
1 - CoA
2 - UA
3 - Corr
4 - Drain Soul
Q - Haunt
E - SB
R - LT
Perhaps odd for some, but it works and I pull very decent numbers... nothing that simcraft says I should but I'm always top 3.

I don't agree with

I am a clicker myself and I tope 3 dps in ICC25 all the time. Keybind just don't work with some people.
thanks for pointing out the typo! ^_^
"top 3" is comparing yourself to others and is not a useful, objective comparison - you may play with some people who really suck. some people are really good clickers but a good clicker could be a
really
good player if they learn to use keybinds.

Fair enough, perhaps it would be better to say that my dps ranges from 6.5k to 8.5k depending on 10 or 25 man and raid composition.

Yea I have been reading some stickies lately, plus I have watched the video by Krip or w/e his name is on youtube on how to make your dps. And actually set my rank1 life tap to the ` key. Helps alot now that its in finger reach, instead of ctrl+4 for my rank 8 life tap.
Also have read sticky abt hit/haste/crit/spirit/sp caps and how much you need. And yea I sorta noticed I gemmed my &*!@ wrong like couple weeks ago but haven't had the cash to switch my gems just yet working on that now :).
But thank you all for posted, even some of ou that i can tell had some anger "person that posted part of the FAQ", but anyways thanks to all of you.
P.S. Armory is gay sometimes and doesn't always show current info, like I am alliance not horde... so I don't know why you aid I was horde.
