uhhh... no
1) As you said, they plan PvE and Pvp stuff before Cata, and while you say no raid, Blizzard never said they wouldn't add a new raid, just no new raid teir.
2) BC was released in January, not sure if that fits the theme.
3) Just because we see goblins, doesn't mean the game is out. They have this thing called the Beta.
Anyways, i believe it will be released in the fall, with a beta starting sometime soon. (Probably in a couple months.)

Starcraft 2 Beta is out now; so it will probably be out first, then about 3-4 months for the shiny to go off, then we'll see the Cata stuff.

My guess would be somewhere between early fall to late fall. So anywhere from September to November.
My reasoning is as such:
Before they give us Cata, they'll put out Starcraft 2, so that's an extra few months. Then after that, we'll have that period of time where they have beta. Finally after that, they'll release it shortly after.
I'm personally hoping for an early fall release, but wouldn't be surprised if it came in November.

WHY DOES IT MATTER?
The point is your just gonna end up waiting no matter what time blizzard picks to release cata.
Could be in a few weeks, 6 months or 3 years!
but its not.
We all know its coming out sometime this years so just shut up be happy and continue raiding Icc or killing people in PvP.
