I went a
slightly different route at 80, by no means better by definition, just much more fun to me, and I get pretty good results. It includes the nonconsuming oblit, which appealed to me, so I tried it, loved it. Just my two copper.

Oblit Blood died in 3.1 (April 2009) with the reworking of talents in the bottom tiers of Blood. Mainly, the removal of Obliterate from Might of Mograine is what killed this. The only strike you are using that MoM benefits from now is HS.
On top of this, Runic Power Mastery in Frost no longer works to extend Dancing Rune Weapon's duration, so you're losing out on half the benefit of that talent from pre-April too.
You have Scent of Blood (tanking talent), Vendetta (leveling talent) and Rune Tap (at best, a leveling talent; at worst, a garbage filler) in a level 80 build WITHOUT grabbing Death Rune Mastery (for more Heart Strikes). Please, go respec to standard
51/0/20 Blood and pull 1k more DPS than before.
Let's analyze what you are getting for YOUR spec:
-- a harder Oblit (Glyph)
-- 10% damage on your Death Coil and Icy Touch from Black Ice
-- Icy Talons, a buff easily supplied by a friendly Shaman in a raid
-- 15% additional damage on Icy Touch which you are negating after the first 4 seconds of combat since you're using Glyph of Disease
-- the ability to use a strike that is intended for Frost now without consuming diseases
Let's analyze what a
51/0/20 build gains over you:
-- a strike that doesn't need diseases to do max damage (Death Strike's damage is only modified by its Glyph)
-- an FU strike that's built into the Might of Mograine talent (i.e.: it crits harder)
-- extended disease time (crucial for Glyph of Disease)
-- 10% more Death Coil damage and 10 second reduction on Death and Decay's CD
-- DRM allows for 6x Heart Strike in the latter half of a 20 second set (as opposed to your current 2x Oblit 2x HS)
-- Bloodworms (roughly 90 DPS and a small amount of healing)
-- 3% more Strength and a stronger Ghoul from Ravenous Dead
-- automatic Shadow damage from maxed Necrosis that passively dips into Armor Pen and crit (essentially, 20% more melee damage from auto attacks)
-- harder crits and hits on Plague Strike (a minor gain, but a necessary one to get the stronger stuff further down)
-- and last but not least, Blood Caked Blade, an automatic 2.5-3% damage increase on diseased targets.
