Seeking an enchant suggestion

When I finish the Hilt questline, I'll have
Quel'Delar, Lens of the Mind
. Now, I'm wondering what to enchant it with.
Enchant Weapon - Black Magic
Enchant Weapon - Mighty Spellpower
Enchant Weapon - Accuracy
(Since I'm currently hit-capped, I'm thinking I don't want this one)
Or, is there another enchantment you might suggest?

I played around with Black Magic some, didn't feel like it did anything for me at all. Lacking the +63 is something like 100ish dps loss (maybe more, I forget exactly how sp translates into dps math-wise). Not sure the haste proc ever makes up for a static sp loss in any spec.

Okay, so Spellpower it is. I guess that helps explain why I only see the trademark, blue glow on the enchanted versions. (That's +720 SP! Roughly double what my current weapon is giving me.)

expanding on what duv says, BM is an average of 62.5 haste. comparing that to the static 63 of the spellpower enchant you need to consider a couple of things.
is haste worth more than spellpower for you?
this will only happen for affliction players and only at relatively extreme gear levels (4pcT10) if your gear is getting good and you're an aff player then sim your character to find out.
do you mind BM's proccy nature?
over a long enough fight it won't matter but they add a little more RNG to the mix. for me i like a proc to be clearly better (more than just a couple of percent difference) before i invest in a proc enchant.
you will start to see more and more very well geared affliction locks (not just arcane mages ^_^) using BM and my guess would be that half of them don't really have the gear for it and are taking "EJ advice" out of context.
at the end of all these posts comes the tired old comment...
if in doubt, sim it ^_^

Heh! That program is still a bit of an enigma. And, when I'm playing with it, it's at the cost of not being in-game, with the time I do have available. So, I usually pick the brains of those who have blazed the trail before myself. (Stand "on the shoulders of giants")
And yeah, my problem with an irregularly-proccing haste thing, either from Eradication (I have no idea what the uptime is) or from an item, is that I won't take full advantage of it unless I'm watching really, really carefully. Like playing a piano, you kind of develop a certain pattern or cadence to how you do things. Yeah, I hammer my keys repeatedly, so that my next spell will go off as fast as possible. And, I have Quartz installed as well. (Just to have an idea of when that spell
might
go off) But you're right that Spellpower will give me the most bang -- LITERALLY! -- for my buck. I guess that, with all of the argument I've heard about not gearing for SP at the expense of haste, crit and others, I was wondering when enough SP was enough.

never enough!
who said that? particularly the mention of crit is worrying.
oh, also BM shouldn't really require any proc watching. you shouldn't necessarily be doing anything different when it procs so don't worry on that scrore.
also, the increasing problem with getting advice from others, particularly on issues like this, is that your character is not their character and what is right for them is unlikely to be right for you. especially if they're better geared.
i know it might get a bit frustrating when all answers at least have the caveat to check with sims but it's worth spending half an hour or so with it, making custom profiles on wowhead to test things (etc.) so you get used to it.

Ah, um... having trouble finding it now.
The part in one of the guides, where it talks about how, you can add another bit of X, on top of a massive pile of X, but you may be better-served to give yourself a bit of the Y or Z, which you may have been lacking. Spellpower, Hit, Haste, Crit...
But okay, MOAR SPELLPOWIR!

well, the more you have of a stat, the better others become but that kind of thing shouldn't be taken to heart. it's just the nature of the game.
the example is you get 1% haste and that gives Xdps increase. now you get the same 1% haste but this time you have a 50% crit rate. your dps from that 1% haste will be much greater than X. the haste lets you get off more casts but this time half of those extra casts will be crits.
however, this balance is a very complicated beast and not something you should try to predict.
get the best gear you can > sim your character occasionally to check stat weights > win!
