tbh, the 4t10 bonus is rather *!@#.. you have a 2% chance to get 1 free rejuv.. ofc its a free rejuc and you will be casting probably thousands of them in a raid so you will see quite a few of them, but already swapping 4t9 into 2t9+2t10 is worth it..
Im going for the tier head, shoulders, gloves and pants as afaik the EoF chest is BiS.. But if there will be a piece that will replace 1 of the t10 im getting im not gonna cry about it as i dont see the 4piece that "useful"..
This is completely and utterly wrong.
4t10 is by far the most awesome set bonus we Druids ever had. It can easily compete with 4t9 and the only thing that (as a set bonus) was maybe better was 4t8 before the nerf.
You absolutely want 4t10 and it is
far
better than any stats from off set pieces.
It's not just 2%. It's 2% each tick. So on average you get a 12% chance of a free Rejuv with every Rejuv cast. On top of that the proc is smart, will never overwrite your own Rejuvs and automatically target low HP raid members. It really is a 12% boost to your Rejuvenation, a 12% boost to your main healing spell.
Raid logs show the 4t10 set bonus anywhere between 6% and 10% healing done. That's just amazing and not taking 4t10 means you don't know your class.

IMO, the 4t9 bonus is nice and all, but its worth keeping only if you have at least 4t9.245+. With 4t9.232, the stats jump that you'll get with 251 pieces (whether set or not) is (again IMO) too large to ignore.
