Please don't use X-perl.
But I turn it on and it works and I don't have to configure anything. Why must you make me do more work than I need to :(.

Tch, now don't be inaccurate. XPerl does a crap ton more stuff than the default UI does.

1) Looks, in my opinion, ugly,
2) Comes with ten $%^&tons of useless crap enabled by default,
3) Does not bend to customization so easily and fully as others, for example Pitbull.

Don't you go defending X-Perl now.
Well, I'd be a hypocrite if I didn't. I've used it for years and continue to.
/gasp

Brokle got stomped <:
But some people tend to like XPerl, probably 'cause of laziness. Since it's just a functioning UF addon with some pretty functioncs. But you have to understand, pelf, that XPerl can never look as good as a well configured one in Pitbull or similar. :>
It's not the addon that makes the UI, it's the configuration.

Grimo has a point, actually (evul smiley). It's a first-timer addon, cases like pelf's are rare.

I just have basically no reason to switch. All the functionality I want is present in X-Perl. I'm not very compelled by aesthetics in my WoW UI -- I prefer it to just do what I need it to do to help me do my jobs :).
