I want to level a tank and thought about warrior.
Just wondering a few things before I create one:
How good are they at pulling much and kill while alone questing? Am I able to pull much? (like 3-5 or 8+?)
How good are they at tanking instances att early levels?

im lvling a warrior tank now and i must say its quit easy tanking is a bit anoying to mantain aggro bef4 u get Cleave but its managable if u got heirlooms it will go prett fast i lvld mine from 1-18 in 2 days, and as tank ull get groups easely ;)
to answer to ure Question for Pulling i yust chain Kill with victory rush at early lvls its pretty quick but if i need to pull more mobs at a time im able to pull about 5-7 depends on lvl
ohyh if u wanna buy heirlooms DONT but the Heirloom sword or Hammer cuse its to slow to get Rage :( wich is pretty important at lower lvls
Hope this helped a bit

In early TBC we used to get rage from parries/dodges just the same as if we were hit.
I don't think that's true. Everything else you said is right though. In TBC we had a lot of rage problems when we overgeared content, which led to Black Temple tanks "tanking without their pants" in order to lower their avoidance.
That rage you get from taking damage is Damage*0.0055, so a 5k hit gives you 22 rage. And 18k hit will give you 100 rage.
