Staying at ranged while keeping the healer CC'd is key.. Once that warrior is in melee range, if you dont have the cd's to get away from him, you are screwed..
The Glyph does help if you find that you run into more Melee based groups in your BG then casters. Ive switched to it a few times but i have switched back to my original glyphs...
Warriors are a pain. My group the pally and i CC the healer and work on the warrior.. but the pally in the group is a huge help. 2 casters makes it a bit harder cause the ww hurts....
Best of luck!

I still find rogues more annoying tbh. Multiple stuns (blind seems to last forever o_O), cloak to get rid of dots/slows, sprint to close the range gap, etc. etc. I find warriors ez mode compared to rogues, because pillarhumping fixes charge/pummel, and teleport fixes bladestorm.
Worst fight I ever had in 2v2 (I play in a dual lock team, laugh all you want), was versus a dual rogue team. We had no chance. None whatsoever.
Overall, it also depends who they are teamed up with.

destro/affli (I'm the affli one)
destro uses the succubus for seduce, has a stun and ability to burst obviously :)
affli uses felhunter (or voidwalker when there's no casters), has CoEx, and the ability to heal from damage done.
We only do arena for lols though, we don't really get into the high ranks. Last season, we started quite late and reached 1k rating, barely.
Mostly our strat is for me to annoy them the most through insta-howling, CoEx, Tongues etc. while my destro pal bursts down the healer first, if there is one. I do still make the mistake of leaving him behind when kiting a melee though, which leaves him to die pretty fast as he can't heal like I can. But let's be honest, if a melee is on your tail (I HATE death grip!), the last thing you probably think about is safeguarding your partner.
Also, sometimes different strats work. Tree druids are the best example, you either chainfear the druid and nuke it down, or chainbanish the druid and burn the partner down.
Funny enough, I found double melee teams to be easier than anything mostly (except for dual rogues). All depends a bit on what arena you get as well. It's not the first time I've defeated a certain team in 1 arena, to get obliterated by the same team in a different arena.
