I have a shaman, in full heirlooms that is currently level 30 and I wish to try resto as a way to get faster ques and level him up to 40 (where I intend to go back to enhance, which I have been up until now). I have the money and emblems to fully deck him out in caster heirlooms and gear, but I'm a little confused at to what I should be looking for at this level. Should I just look for gear with alot of intellect at this level, as getting a respectable amount of mana regain is a little difficult in early game.
Thanks in advance.

Glyph of Water Mastery
is also an option for your MP5.

I would get the mail heirloom gear, it changes to leather for you until you hit 40.

my stat order is spell power->int->stam-> spirit.
You care about spirit ?
Why ?
The only stats a levelling resto using LFD need worry about are int crit, and SP.
If you can find MP5 or haste, go for it, but you probably won't find those low level.
Hence why spirit is at the very end of his priority list, and not any higher up.

But it's apparently above crit on his list, which is not a good thing.

You guys should look at the topic.
It's called "Healing at
lower levels
". Spirit is fine, you will spend plenty of time oo5sr in the lower levels. It's not really an awesome stat but it's far from useless.
