Ok I'll do a couple
Deathwing:
The Good:
He was known as Neltharion the Earth-Warder and was a great
protector of the land.Is powerful and wise. Was friends with Malygos.
The Bad:
The old gods made him crazy. He is paranoid of even his black dragonflight. He tried to destory the Alliance from with in. Had Alexstrasza enslaved by the Horde. In the war of the Ancents Deathwing killed hundreds of night elves demons and alot of other dragons.
The Ugly:
Think everything should be food or slaves to him.
Leonid Barthalomew the Revered
The Good:
A a noble hero in life and later resurrected works with the Argent Dawn to help stop the Scourge. He is revered by his colleagues because of the sacrifices he has made.Leads the Argent Dawn at the Battle for Light's Hope Chapel .
The Bad:
He was forced to work for the Lich King.
The Ugly
: He looks at his undeath as a malady. An illness that merely requires treatment. Mistrusts most of the members of the Forsaken. He doesn't feel happy and accolades mean nothing to him.

Queen-Regent Moira Thaurissan, Empress of the Dark Iron Clan and Princess of Ironforge.
The Good:
Her presence in Ironforge may serve as a mending tool between less radical elements of the Dark Iron and the Bronzebeard, and may help reunite the Dwarven clans. She is the legitimate heir to the throne of Ironforge.
The Bad:
Dictatorial tendencies - such as when she took those in Ironforge, including Prince Anduin hostage, has to some degree polarised the Dark Iron (although this is arguably positive, as the Dark Irons were previously under the thrall of Ragnaros and some are allied with Deathwing).
The Ugly:
Dwarf female, 'nuff said.
She refuses to compromise. Could be seen as an illegitimate representative of the Dark Irons, as she was only Dark Iron by marriage, and is Bronzebeard royalty through bloodline. Probably only an interim member of the leadership of Ironforge until her son is old enough to claim the throne.

(Apparently, Sarah Pine's "In the Shadow of the Sun" is now "official" lore as it's going to be refurbished as the leader short story for Lor'themar Theron - the wowpedia.org page has been updated to fit this, so if any information is out of date/incorrect for this post, I apologize. I also used the 4.1.0 patch stuff on wowpedia - I may heavily dislike her writing style, but if I can be frank, she may have lit a fire under Blizzard's ass for more BE lore)
Lor'themar Theron, Regent-Lord of Quel'thalas
The Good
: Despite the absence and sudden betrayal of their lord, Kael'thas Sunstrider, he has guided the Blood Elves to survival, finding new allies in the Horde and ultimately, brought the restoration of the Sunwell to their people, giving an alternative to Fel magic. So far, he has led his people well, despite recriminations from two prominent figures - Grand Magister Rommath and Halduron Brightwing.
The Bad
: His unease at wearing the crown has led way to a very ambivalent, extremely prudent way of ruling, which leads us to...
The Ugly
: His relationship with his advisors, who took a more important role in the wake of Kael'thas' death, is irremediably strained. Rommath is extremely unhappy with Lor'themar. Halduron is growing increasingly irritated with Lor'themar's leadership (first, his staunch refusal to accept the mantle of "King", and second, Lor'themar's refusal to let Vereesa Windrunner assist Halduron and Vol'jin with the rising Amani threat - not that Halduron actually cares.) Simply put, Lor'themar's authority is rapidly decreasing as even his advisors no longer listen to his orders.

So with the expansion coming to an end, time for the return of this thread, since we now have more heroes, villains and neutrals that came from the mysterious land of Pandaria.

Interesting to see how some character views changed dramatically over the years. Good thread. I may help it grow in the future.
