Not to dis your work or anything, but I don't see how this is very useful to anyone. Not only is it particular to a specific class, it also is particular to your specific play style. I key bind and use a completely different setup.

You use W for movement? I use W for skills. ASD for strafe left, walk forward, and strafe right. Mouse to turn 90 degrees + strafe for running "backward."
My keybinds: QWERFCXZ plus the Ctrl, Shift, and Alt modifiers for a total of 32 keybinds. Throw in OPie with its subrings feature, all bound to middle click, and I'm the fastest-responding mage alive when it counts. Well, maybe not THE fastest, but fast enough for PvE.
Good guide though. I used to be a clicker and getting used to keybinds was hard, but now I'm glad I spent a few hours training myself to use keybinds instead. There's still the odd time when I need to click stuff, but it's never in the heat of battle.

With the default WASD setup, if you use S at all as a nontank you're bad. End of story. Many people simply re-bind S to either cancel casting or to another spell or ability so they don't feel tempted to use it to move... if you can call it moving.
And like Hyperspacerebel said, you were far too specific. This will not help anyone unless they're a Mage, completely new to keybinding and use a QWERTY keyboard, and even then there's some plain weird stuff. Like, why waste ZXC on noncombat stuff?
A thread with general keybinding tips might be useful for many people out there (clicker UIs make me cry), but this is anything but general.

Strafe.
You can't kite moving backwards...way too slow.
N.B. I don't agree with Magnett.

F1 - F4: thing I use regularly (heals...)
F5 - F8: things I dont use very often, but want to use them quickly (Lay on hands, Hand of protection/freedom...)
F9 - F12: things that I dont use very often, but with some planning (Divine sacrifice, Hand of salvation...)
alt+1 - alt+6: thing I use regularly, but have longer CD (Beacon of light, Divine plea, Endless mana pot...)
ctrl+...: long lasting buffs
1-0 (and "-","="): soloing skills (the first few in the line include skills used in raids also)
"`" is for Turn undead, yeah, the best pala skill ever:)

<newline>
= attack
= move forward
= strafe left
= strafe right
/ / / = modifiers
rest, obviously, spells/abilities.
Gives you a total of of 84 abilities, easily reachable.
Combine with a Razer Naga, and you can bind everything you'll ever want.
Edit, codebox is bugging. Just imagine the newline as an actual newline.

Hunters that press S are dead hunters.

Back up is a better option than jump for cast canceling since you can't start casting again until you've landed with a jump. Tanks indeed need to be able to back up as it's safer than strafing for moving a boss.

there's a minigame/addon avaliable via curse that basically displays a spell in your actionbars and you have to hit it within the time limit, great for learning your key bindings and what works/what doesnt
Name of this addon?
