Pitbull 4 "Blank Space"

So I'm doing a partial UI make-over and I wanted to separate my health and power bar just
slightly
so I'm using the Blank Space module of Pitbull 4.
My problem is, though, when I enable it and turn the opacity down to 0% to hide it, all that remains is these 2 little black strips, connecting I guess you could say the health and power bar, how do I remove those?

They're a part of the border, so you'd probably have to get rid of Pitbull's border to lose them.

In that case I could do the health and power bars separately, is there a way to apply two different layouts to one group (being my player frame)?
Thanks for the quick reply btw.

You can only apply one layout to one group, it sounds like you want to move the power and health bar independtly, in which case you should check out

What I mean is, when picking a layout to go with the certain group, in this case the Player group I want to assign 2 layouts to the Player group, one for the health bar and one for the power bar.
run-on sentence is run-on

Well either Pitbull has a option for the borders, or you could follow Zeldrin's advice. Since Stuf probably has the least problem with handling seperated frames.

I want to apply borders separately, to the health frame and the power frame. You can't do that with pitbull. What you can do is make 2 panels with kgpanels, make the background transparent, and have a border on the panel and finally attach one to the health bar and the other to the power bar.

I would be all over that, Zel.. if I knew how to work kgpanels.

I found this tutorial to be very helpful when i started with kgpanels:
Redmist's kgPanels Tutorial
It's mostly about custom textures, but should also give you an idea on the basics.

Well unfortunately I'm on a Mac and I don't have photoshop so there's no program (I think) I could make the textures on. :(

What do the fact that you have a Mac got to do with anything? You dont need Photoshop either. Download the addon, use SharedMedia for borders (you dont need a backgroundtexture since it's going to be transparent), and follow the instructions. Borders can be found in almost all UI compilations, media packs will contain 'em aswell.

What I meant there was, I don't have a MS Paint or photoshop, so I couldn't create the borders or textures or whatever they are, thanks for the help btw.

Try
GIMP
, it's a free image editor similar to Photoshop. It's what I use for my kgPanels.
As for a tutorial,
this
thread from the WoW EU forums will guide you through it. Although it's for eePanels, it covers editing in GIMP. Redmist's video covers putting the images into the game.
