Should I Feel bad?

I just recently, did a Pug for the weekly for ToC 10 man, and I was determined to lead at least one successful pug in my life time. So I get the group going and the beasts go down fine, its when we get to Jaraxxus, Long story short we wipe a few times, on stupid things (legion flames, dispelling) so we get this new DK tank, and he is very strict on low dps=kick, and there was this rogue who did fine dps on Beasts, But when we were running back the DK tank tells me to kick the lowest dps, he linked recount, and it was the rogue, But the thing is the rogue told me his recount said he was doing 3k dps, (but I am little suspicious cause he did not link it) so I give DK asst, and he kicks him, I wisp him and tell him i am sorry, and he tells me something along the lines "its not your fault that u blame me, for other peoples problems (add a few more curse words) and I should "watch my back" what ever that meant.
So my question is, should I feel bad for making the decision to kick him?

Doesn't really sound like you were "leading" that raid.

I understand what u mean, I am not good at leading,
Well I guess I am never leading a Pug ever again.
I am kinda a spineless coward when it comes to disappointing people, So I wanted to try make my leadership skills better.

You didn't "decide" to kick him, you gave someone else the power to do it, and you deferred responsibility.
If you're going to lead a PUG you have to be able to make decisions, stand by those decisions, and tell people who have a problem with it to get over themselves.
Also if you're going to raid-lead you really do need to get your own recount, not just take others' word for it.
I have no desire to lead PUGS or raid lead, I don't have access to a ventrilo server, which most raids/PUGs prefer to work with. I don't do well at explaining strategies (even though I do understand/follow them just fine) and assigning people to different stuff. I realize this about myself, which is why I don't raid-lead! :)
I don't think you should "feel bad" because an emotional response does not have a productive result. I think you should examine your performance, see how you could improve, and decide whether or not you are ready to take responsibility for leading, or if you prefer to leave the hard choices up to others, and follow their instructions.

Well, the thing is...nobody likes being kicked. So of course the rogue is going to be mad. Without you linking to some kind of World of Lists stats or something, there's no objective way to judge whether your decision was justified in that sense. Jaraxxus is definitely a fight that requires good DPS, but you seemed to be suggesting that you believed the wipes were caused by poor coordination. Were you guys on a vent server? Also, did you manage to down Jaraxxus after the rogue left? Or did you continue to wipe?

We downed Jaraxxus after he left, and he has every right to be mad, and no we weren't on a vent sever,
My problem is solved so, so I guess /end thread.

That's part of leadership, you've got to decide what is best for the group. It sounds to me like you didn't really have all the facts and instead relegated the DK to making that decision for you.
If you get in there and say everyone has to pull minimum of 3k dps and somebody isn't doing that, then they've gotta go. It's tough %^&*, and the guy isn't going to like it but that's not really your problem, in this case.
It's not unlike wartime; a commander has to decide where to send troops and to attack, retreat or any other battlefield command
with
the knowledge that some of his men will die.
Being a leader requires a stiff &*!@, is about as simple as I can put it.

Well I would like to thank all the people for there feedback, Its been helping. But I am still not a very good leader. But I think my problem is I am not a very confident person IRL either and I have social skill issues. I guess I should use this as an experience as a lesson. But my main concern now is that my awkward social skills are now carrying into wow and I play that game so I can get away from them ><

One additional comment ... Recount seems to have a range limitation. I haven't ever actually looked it up to see what the range is, but it only captures stats that are 'close' ... it doesn't seem to capture raid-wide stats. (It's the reason that EVERYONE is top dps in a BG when they look at recount. They always capture their own dps, but there is always dps going on out of range.) Not an issue in TOC, or generally for melee, but for other raids ... especially for casters, it's not necessarily reliable for making 'boot' decisions.
