With your stats you should be pulling much more than 3300 DPS (I reckon that's on the target dummy).
I shall ask you to do one thing and then post here: go to the boss training dummy and perform your DPS cycle for about 7-8 minutes (to include 3 Berserks). Then take some screenshots of your Recount parse to include details for each ability used and the overall damage, cut and paste them fast in Paint and arrange them to get something like this:
CLICKY (this is a SS from
Sokken, one of the posters around this forum).
Like this we can help you more by looking at things you do (or don't do) during your DPS cycle.

Oh, man... You could have spent 10 minutes to cut/paste something like this in Paint:
CLICKY. Well, I did it for you anyway. It makes for a much easier reading than all those big pictures :P
OK so... Let's get to it.
3686 DPS over a period of 452 seconds (514 melee swings @ 0.88s speed, simple math).
Rip: you have 157 ticks => 314 seconds up time. Optimal DPS cycle would require Rip up time as close to 100% as possible. Considering a ramp up time of 8-10 seconds, your 100% would mean 221 Rip ticks. You are far below that value (71% up time). There's no way to see if you clipped Rip, but I'll say this anyway -
keep in mind that clipping Rip is BAD; NEVER clip Rip! Let's continue...
Rake: you have 116 ticks and 46 Rake applications. Since you do not have 2xT9, your Rake ticks three times. I have to inform you that you clipped your Rake on quite a few occasions. Ideally your Rake (DoT) to Rake (application) ratio should be 3. Yours is 2.52, which means you clipped Rake about 8 times. Remember:
clipping Rake is BAD! Always refresh Rake AFTER it drops off. Also, 116 ticks means an up time of 348 seconds. Rake up time should be at least 95% of total DPS time, ~430 seconds (143 Rake ticks) in your case. Considering that to be the ideal 100% up time, you only had 80% up time. Hmmm...
Mangle: you hit 44 times with Mangle, meaning a total possible up time of 528 seconds (Mangle lasts 12 seconds, ideally refreshed right after it drops, but clipping Mangle on 1-2 seconds left is not considered bad, so I can cut some slack here). I can say you did well here. Could have been better (something like only 40 Mangles used), but it's OK.
Ferocious Bite: 11 hits for 106K total damage.
Considering that you are low on armor penetration, Ferocious Bite should not be a priority for you. If you had completely forgotten about FB and focused on keeping Rake and Rip as close to 100% up time as possible, you would have traded 106K worth of FB damage for = 49680 (average for Rake) + 118110 (average for Rip crits) + 55770 (average for Rip ticks) = 223.5K bleed damage. You could have gained ~260 DPS only from this. With a few lucky crits / OOC procs you could have used FB 4-5 times without dropping bleeds, so that would have been a free extra ~46K damage (or ~100 DPS).
All in all, your DPS potential should be around 4000, an increase of ~8.5%. Just keep in mind to focus on maintaining Savage Roar & Mangle to 100% up time and Rake & Rip as close to 100% up time as possible (or at least around 95%).
Note 1:
remember to NEVER clip your bleeds. Clipping bleeds is BAD!- Secondary note: clipping is allowed for Savage Roar and Mangle, as they should have 100% up time. However try to keep it at a minimum.
Note 2: If both Rip and Savage Roar have
at least 10 seconds to go and you find yourself at 5CPs,
only then use Ferocious Bite. In time, when you'll gather better gear and find your crit chance increasing, it will become easier to squeeze more Ferocious Bites in the DPS cycle.

I shall bump this topic a little, for those that were interested in it, with an update of a recent DPS test on the target dummy. I have posted this on the '
ArPen lowered my DPS' topic as well.
5748.8 DPS over 430 secondsDetailed explanation included in the picture itself. Hope this helps.
