No, Shattering Throw and Sunder are both in the major armor reduction category if I'm not mistaken and therefore are considered to be one and the same.
Found something on it at EJ after some hunting, they do in fact stack.
That's why I opted to say "If I'm not mistaken" instead of something just utterly stupid like "I'm 100% right and anything else is wrong cuz me > all."
Live and learn, just don't talk yourself into a corner.

.... Yes Shattering Throw and Sunder Armor stack.
Besides, think of it logically. Warriors have Sunder Armor. Why would they gives warrriors an armor reducing ability on a cooldown if it DIDN'T stack with Sunder Armor (which no matter what spec, Sunder should be on a boss).
On another note, this is how bad things happen. This guy is going to go back to his guild, tell them all "Shattering Throw doesn't stack with Sunder Armor, they said so on Wowhead." Either they are going to believe him and he's going to (minorly) bone his raid, or they are going to know better and laugh in his face.
If you aren't sure on an answer, just don't answer at all. Leave it out there until someone who does know the answer comes along.

They do stack but like this
10000 armor - 2000(sunder)-1600(shattering throw)=6400 armor left
