Seems to me that anyone who voluntarily signs up for something random should be prepared to be OK with what they get. Maybe that's too idealistic.

Do you get angry at people who put salt in their pasta water even though it'll barely raise the boiling point?
Actually adding salt also enhances the flavor of the pasta as well...
IIRC it'll also help with the pasta not sticking to each other.
hmm the way I heard it, adding olive oil right before you put the noodles into the water prevents the pasta from sticking together... but salt could help.
I love salt.

That's fun, the topic starter has a valid point, no one has counter arguements, so we'll say s/he's a QQ'er.
Good reflection of the community.
I think the answer is so damn obvious no-one will have to argument about it...

It is very frustrating when people do not know how to play their class when you do. Simply put, they are not pulling their fair share in the group and it is frustrating when everyone else has to compensate, like they aren't even in the group to begin with. Don't get me wrong, i will always help anyone willing to listen, the problem is people who don't know how to play their class got that way by refusing advice or not trusting in the countless amounts of information out there on reliable forums and websites devoted to particular classes.
It's a shame that now people can level to 80 and learn very little about their class because of how straight forward leveling is. It gives new players a disadvantage because 1-79 you can do pretty much anything and it doesn't really matter, but at 80 everything boils down to pure numbers, easily understandable numbers mind you. (hit cap, expertise cap, crit cap, ect.)
So yes, i do get a little angry and frustrated with people who don't know their class because it is VERY EASY TO LEARN IT.
p.s. GearScore is no scape goat for lacking in your role, i've always out dps'd/healed people who were better geared than me because i simply knew my class better.

lv 80 dk in pits of saron heroic, has 23k hp, claims he's done it before as tank and is def capped, 2 bad wipes he called me a nub healer and that i suck, the warrior dps who is mainspecced as a tank says, he's healed this place and 23k hp isn't enough to tank because i don't get enough lee-way to start casting to heal.
He then breaks down, admits he dinged 80 3 days before, wasn't def capped and he was so sorry he insulted me and lied to us.We get up to the 2nd boss kill it and decide thats far enough because we are all wearing damaged gear.
Dk's make amazing tanks, some are lying imbeciles, hence why i hate people who don't know their class.

Ya know,I'll tell ya a story. Today I found a warrior that obviously bought his account. He had hand of a'dal tittle and was geming for sp and haste. He did 400 dps, he was fury and used a green dagger,no other weapon. Was I right to kick him? I pulled 7k dps,we would finish, but should I put up with this warrior?
I have never voted to kick someone for low dps or low gear score --if the other three vote yes then I leave as well -cant stand elitist - and if the vote fails I instigate a vote to kick the one who started the first vote.
Kicking someone, for not performing, is not 'elitist'.
Let's assume there was noone to carry the warrior. The other party members all pulled the bare minimum damage required of them, the healer had the bare minimum for healing and the tank had the bare minimum for tanking. This warrior would then be dragging the group down with his 400dps, possibly making it impossible for the group to complete the dungeon.
Just because the group can sustain a "third wheel", doesn't mean they should.
I've often found these 400 dps players are silent. How is the group to know they're actually trying? If they actually spoke, perhaps more people would willingly teach/carry them, I know I do.

I just get mad at tanks who do heroics not knowing the pulls or how to pick up adds. It's not hard, if you don't know the pulls ask. Like yesterday the tank in AN didn't know the watchers come automatically after you pull the first and we wiped. Then he pulled hardonax before the doors were webbed and we wiped. The next try he could pick up the adds coming when you pull the trash before hardonax and a couple of us died and he blamed us and dropped group. One bad player can ruin a whole run.
