This is something that *entirely* depends on gear and experience, but the difference between Fury and Arms is a much bigger difference than if a feral just manglebots. On average I believe the difference between Fury and Arms is about 2k, while ferals only lose a few hundred DPS.
That's just according to what I know and what a friend of mine says. I'd personally love my own pocket Arms warrior to take with raids to me, but they aren't always willing to sacrifice that much DPS to make somebody else's job easier.
While it is true that an arms Warrior will lose more personal dps to provide the Mangle debuff than a Druid you also have to take into account that the Warrior will give the 4% physical damage buff, too. So in terms of raid dps it will be a
huge
gain to have one Warrior go arms.
The only other option is to have one Rogue go combat but the dps loss compared to assassination is at least as big as the Warriors loss and the Rogue won't provide the Mangle debuff.
Bringing one arms Warrior in a 25man raid is - as far as I know - the most efficient way of getting both the bleed and the 4% physical damage buff if you don't have a Druid tank available.
If you got a Druid tank then Mangle is taken care off so it doesn't matter who provides the phys damage buff, just have your lowest Rogue/Warrior respec (for 25man, in 10man it's probably not worth it).
