Will knowing if she is active change anything? No.
Just armory her and find out from there.
Looks like she's been flying around quite a bit.

Emails are slow and inpersonal. Call them, they can fix it right over the phone.

How did you manage to send an e-mail if you don't have access to your e-mail account?
Easy, made an Yahoo hotmail account.
I got an email today from an blizzard employee, he said he would fix it, with the password change in another email that should arrive 1 hour later, its been 2 days and all i got is an email that asks me how good that blizzard employee was...
20 days since i last logged on my email, and ringing the norwegian blizzard customer support phone hasnt helped either, only messages that they are having a problem with the connection...
It shouldn't be taking that long. I suggest opening that e-mail about how good Blizzard employees are and check that your problem has not been solved. Then submit another ticket and make sure they knwo that the password change e-mail should be sent to your yahoo account. OR you could go to your original e-mail account and submit a ticket there that says that your account has been compromised. From there, provide them the necessary information and submit the information from there. They are usually a lot faster than Blizzard at responding e-mails.
