225 armour on your gloves gives ap aswell and therefor isn't totally useless for a dk, doesn't mean another enchant isn't better and you would consider any dps dk with 225 armour on his gloves a fool.
use rawr to find out which enchant is best for you, but i'm pretty sure it will turn out to be the haste, although the difference ain't all that big.

Haste only affects the swing speed of your auto attacks(white damage) agility gives you crit and a little armor. I would rather have agility but either choice is not really great for a DK.

Some say haste some agi, but I think we all agree that those enchants are lackluster and either way is better than nothing just not by much :) The scroll thats cheaper is probably the way to go.

For Unholy, Agility is actually better, it gives you some armor for AP, some extra crit (which UH loves), and it will scale with buffs.
No, 23 Haste is better due to helping the Ghoul and Necrosis/BCB. Granted the different is less than 5 dps.

Agility gives just melee crit which affects wandering plague but not death coil/diseases/D&D.
Haste affects spell gcd, white damage, necrosis and bcb.
