Ok ok ok, this may be a stupid question but....I'm always told of rotation macros that will improve my dps, but I never seen any of these. Any clue for an arcane mage what I should be making?
yes I know, I'm a scrub

The best that you can do is possibly create a two button thing - one that casts AB AB AB ABarr, and the second button being your Arcane Missiles. Wait for a Missile Barrage proc and hit AM, otherwise, keep spamming the first.
Alternatively, suck up the DPS loss and spam the first button. That could work too. But yes, you'd be a scrub.

Not that this is necessarily of interest to the OP, but /castsequence macros are actually a DPS loss unless you have fantastically low (<50ms -- perhaps lower) ping. This is because the macro itself has to wait for the full acknowledgment sequence on the spell cast completion to go through. It bypasses the spell queue that was implemented years ago by blizzard and removed the need for /stopcasting macros.
It goes like this:
Spell cast stop. Client tells server cast stop.
Server receives cast stop. Confirms that cast should have stopped. Sends client cast stop confirmation.
Client recieves cast stop confirmation. Client acknowledges and allows the macro to move on.
You're basically introducing 2x your latency into the amount of time between when a spell ends and the next one begin. If you use a cast bar with a latency estimation, you can leverage the spell casting queue and begin your next cast before your current one finishes, effectively letting the client go without waiting for the server. If, during the cast you start, you end up receiving different information from the server, your spell cast will stop, even though it appeared that it started.
TL;DR
: /castsequence is usually a bad solution.
FYI
: Also has the same constraints which you guys should be aware of given the theorycraft of adding to your AB macros so that you don't start the first AB before the effect of 2T10 procs.

A programable keypad works pretty well. You can blast out several keystrokes/millisecond and if the pad supports latching, then you can toggle a keyspam on and off. So if you've got your abilities/spells set up to keystokes, then you can press one button to start a sequence like AP, IV, WM, etc., then press another to spam AB/mb/AM squences. The only trouble is making good decisions about the casting sequence; being forced to move during casting or alter the sequence causes a headache during the fight.
