I have a gem question says I can't have more than one of said type?

I just got d .and put a +20 agi gem and +10 all stats gem and the game wont let me equip just saying you can't have more than one of that type of gem? What type though? Is is saying that since I already have one +10 stats I can't have another? even though I had a +6 to start with on the chest piece? or is it saying I cant have 3 +20 agi? since I have two already. These are some dang expensive gems to be messing around to get it right what is up?

Its because you already have one Nightmare Tear(+10 stats) in your belt. You can only have one equipped in your gear at a time.

ahhh so just change that out then with a +6 like I had or perhaps +40 ap?

The chestpiece has a red socket and a yellow one. Do yourself a favor and gem:
Red: 20agi
Yellow: 10agi/10crit
That's how you'll benefit the most from it. Don't use the +6 stats gem, it's not worth it.
