I search an addon with using Interface Option with a slider and without libraries

Yeah, I am looking for an addon (any) that use Interface Option (you know that little Addon tab next to Game tab in Interface).
That has a Slider (a scrollbar) linked to a list of something (not just text).
That do not use any kind of library (many addons with something in the Interface Option use a library, which is really not helpful when you try to learn stuff.

Except Skada use tons of library. Which most likely use them to set up his UI stuff.
Basically, what I want is to know how to connect content to the slider bar to make the content to move with the slider.

I don't know about using interface options, but there's some addon I use that selects a sharedmedia texture with a drop-down type thing with a little knob slider thing on the right to scroll it. Completely useless post, I know. I can look for it when I get home, though.
