Since i might be quitting soon, i figured i'll spoil it. I'm pretty sure i'm not the first one to think of this, and some may already do it or know it. But i'm about to screw you all over lol.

So i had to wait 10 minutes for herbs to respawn after i was done farming it. :| But if i had 25man CoL unlocked also, i would have double of what i have in my Inventory.If you're a Rogue Herbalist. You're in luck. Watch and learn.
Farm 10man, and then once you're done. Switch it to 25man and farm 25man. Once you're done, switch it back to 10man and herbs would have respawned. Keep on doing it. Extend raid ID if you want for unlimited HERBS/FROST LOTUS.
Just have a friend log on their alt, invite them into group. convert it to Raid. They can log off their alt and they will stay in the raid offline. And go to work.
BTW, its preferred that you use a PvP Spec for Preparation. :D
So i have been doing this for awhile, I'm pretty sure i'm not the first Rogue to figure this out, but i've searched a few times on a lot of forums to see if anyone has posted anything about this. But i've failed to find anything.

I figured that i'd help out Rogues and give out my secret if its not already known.
FREYA HERB FARM WRITEUPAll herbs spawn in the same places. They never change. Only the kind of herbs change.
Upon entering the room, you usually have batches of herbs at the entrance. You loot them without a problem. As you near the middle of the room, there are more Adds.
You must know the aggro range to do some of these. It took me awhile to get all of the add's routes known well enough to loot herbs without having to pull aggro. Because you're a rogue, you're always in stealth. These mobs do not aggro Rogues if you're stealthed, at least from a distance.
I will be explaining this as if i was in 25 man Ulduar with those huge Tree Adds. This can easily be countered by being in stealth and unstealthing at a distance. Very near the edge of its aggro range. Pulling the Tree ADD to you ( This is most easily done with a NightElf ), Shadowmeld or Vanish and the TREE ADD/Boss will Reset and disappear for a good 20-30 seconds. Which gives you time to loot the 2 Herbs that were the area he was standing in.
That is the way to counter the Tree Adds in 25/10man Ulduar. Everything else is basically learned through experience. The Route you take, knowing the Add's Route and Aggro Range. Even vanishing after pulling freya will make Freya RESET. Some herbs are not to be looted because of the low success rate.
Each RUN requires dying at the end of the run. Which sends you to the grave yard. As you re-enter the instance, you exit back out. ANd switch it to the 10man Ulduar which then you Repeat the Herbing Route. And etc.

Of course while doing this, you have no gear ON. So you do not take any kind of Armor/Weapon durability damage.
If done correctly, each run will only take about 8 minutes which yield at least 3-7 Frost Lotuses PER RUN. And yielding lots of HERBS.
EDIT: Heres the best i can do so far, is to add a map and a legend of the run lol. Some herbs may be in the wrong spot, i don't quite remember if there are 4 easy herbs in the beginning or only 2 so i put 4.

Vanish is usually not used to Reset to Tree Boss Add because Vanish is needed incase you pull aggro off other Adds. Which is why a Nightelf Rogue is preferred. If you do die, just re-enter the instance and finish the route. You will learn where and when to stealth once you get the route down.
On a side note, this can be done countless times switching back and forth between 25 man and 10 man. By the time you're done with 25 man, 10 man herbs will respawn again, and vice versa with 10 man to 25 man. It takes about 10 minutes for them to respawn again or so. This is an easy way of making money for Rogues. Very easy. Especially with the "EXTENDING" feature, you can extend the Raids to as long as you want to further your needs for gold.
As said, a NightElf rogue is most preferred for the best Results and shortest time, but it can be done with any Rogue. Even a druid. But since i'm a rogue, i <3 rogues only, enough to share it with ya.
Oh and i forgot to mention, You can either Unlock the Conservatory of Life and do it fast or you can just get up to the Boss with the Cats and stealth past her and into the Conservatory of Life. It takes a bit longer BUT 2 Hours of farming=100+Frost Lotus/Endless amounts of Herbs=Win Factor.
