You got an interesting choice of glyphing spells and not casting these. Or picking talents and not using them.

I like the
Guardian Spirit
glyph. When sh*t hits the fan, throw a GS&Renew on the tank. It will keep the tank alive and you can concentrate on the rest of the group. It will also make it easier to get the tank back up to full(+40% healing).
The great thing about this glyph is that if the tank doesn't "die", you can do it again 60 seconds later.
You can keep recasting it every minute to get a +40% healing bonus to the tank for 10 seconds. It will save your mana as the tank needs less heals and you don't have to worry about the tank dying to random damagespikes, atleast for those precious 10 seconds.
And once you hit 71,
Improved Inner Fire
becomes a must-have.
Inner Fire
at 71 gives you an additional 95 sp, which the talent increases to ~138 sp, if my memory serves me.
Precasting Greather Heal/Prayer of Healing is also a good idea when you suspect damage is incoming. Just cancel it if nothing happens by the time it reaches completion. I use a stopcasting macro that I have bound to a nearby key(f) to cancel these precasts.
And for god's sake, use
Prayer of Mending
on every cooldown.

You don't need Glyph of CoH until you're raiding, as you won't have more than 5 targets to heal in 5mans. (pets excluded.)
I would indeed suggest Glyph of Guardian Spirit, as it lowers the CD of the best support spell in the game. :D
Another thing you can do for your groups is to actually check if the "tank" is geared with tanking gear. I've known many a Paladin and Warrior that think they can just throw on a shield and a crappy 1-hander, and tank in their DPS gear...*facepalm* If the tank is geared and knows what he's doing, you shouldn't have many problems healing him.

1) Since you are Dual Specced make sure to check your bars, the spells on the speck you aren't using don't update when you learn new ranks.
2) Drop CoH glyph, it is raid only as it heals 6 people, there are several other good options, GS, renew.
3) Use PoM either every cooldown or as an "instant" heal to buy time for FH on another person.
4) Remember GS when things get rough, worst case throw on the tank & heal others. If the group was taking a lot of damage I would normally GS Tank, PoM whoever was closest to dieing, CoH, then PoH.
5) A good group can make all the difference, bad tank, dumb DPS, etc can make your job near impossible.
