I did not say PvE was easy. I said DPS was easy. I said organizing a raid takes skill. Again, L2Read, but thanks for your response.
And yet your raid seems to fail at a dps task. Ironic, isn't it?
As tank you try to stay as far away from the adds as possible. They leave a debuff on everyone they attack which, when stacked up a bit, deals a ton of damage. You don't want to get additional damage from debuff stacks when Anub comes back up and is hitting you, chances are you will be instagibbed.
dps should also try to avoid getting hit but a few stacks (like 5 or so) are usually quite easy to heal through since dps aren't taking any other damage. Just make sure you don't proc p3 while stacks are still active.
The easiest strategy is probably to have everyone cluster in the center and just AoE burn the adds as fast as possible so that they don't get a chance to hit someone.
