On Horde not many people play as undead characters. there are several reason why one would prefer to play as any other race. The reason I dont play as undead is because i dont prefer them asthetically, this got me thinking.. what if they allowed players who choose to roll as undead tp create undead versions of the other races of world of warcraft. for example: one could creat an undead orc, or undead human. thier skin would be very pale and they would still look very undead looking and the racials would still be the racials of an undead avatar. one huge side effect i would imagine that could come to pass is perhaps this would steer TOO many players to roll undead. What do you all think?

Actually...those undead skin options
are
available. Go to create a character and select Death Knight. Pick your race of choice and cycle through all the skins. DKs usually have 2-3 bonus skintones to choose from. Not sure if UDs do or not.
My biggest issues, aesthetically, with UD are that their spines/hips stick through armor/cloaks in a way that makes no sense, and that their plate armor looks like tattered cloth. It's just odd the way they're implemented. I actually really like the fleshy UD skins used in, China I think?

The Forsaken are all human dead as they are suppose to be the left overs of Lordaeron.

Damn, right out of my mouth.
Though I agree with the general idea, I think that the Forsaken skins look kind of overdone (Though I still play one). I would recommend:
Remove the ribs, they look stupid.
Add a skeletal skin (If it makes sense lore-wise, I would definitely play.)
Make all the bone features optional, as well as breaking armor off optional.
Make the joint bones blend into the skin more... Right now it just looks like someone chopped of there arm, pulled there skin and stuck a bone inside it, not like it was ever part of the skin.

What?
Translation:
The Forsaken are the Humans of Lordaeron , who we're turned to Scourge by either the plagued grain crates or the assault on Lordaeron when Arthas killed his father, who, along with a few High Elves, broke free from Scourge during the Scourge Civil War between the Dreadlord controlled Undead and the Lich King Undead. They tried to be reintegrated to Alliance society but were called monstrosities and kicked out, so they reclaimed there old home of Lordaeron but made their settlements in the catacombs, later joining the Horde.
Edit: Not just some cow that dies.

Personally i just think the tears in the armour are both irritating and pretty stupid. So your undead chap goes to this vendor to buy a shiny new piece of gear and gets handed something with holes in it? Every damn time? Seriously? It makes no sense, and looks damn ugly to boot.
No worse then Draenei and Tauren horns sticking out lol. In my warrior's T7, looked like the helm had four horns instead of two lol.

All armor looks good on male undead except...
- Shoulders. They look terrible front to back. If you look from the back or the sides, they are actually hovering and one side looks a bit smaller.
- Boots/shoes. I really hate wearing like red spikey sockets on my undead rogue. Where on everyone else the boots look great.
I hate capes... My spine sticks out!

The capes are bad, but you can disable those.
But they look even dumber with no cape! The spine sticks out of their armor!

all the undead melee classes look awful. It would look alot
more intimidating if their armor didn't look like cloth
