^^,ToGC 10 in my server is fully puggable. BUT ToGC 25 is almost impossible even with competent guilds

so on your server no one is pugging ToGC... that could be to a number of reasons... remember that there are servers that may dominate you in progression..
It's cool that you're trying to sound smart and all, but you should probably stop. No one is pugging ToGC.

Sorry but you are WRONG people pug TOGC 10 and 25 on silvermoon - eu all the time i have seen it with my very own eyes infact i have just logged in and seen it.

In January I got the Red Proto-Drake.
This autumn, I got the Rusted Proto-Drake.
I've also killed Anub'Arak on 10man hardmod with more than 25 attempts left.
If find the hardmodes hard. I find the bosses challenging and rewarding. I feel PvE is quite awesome at the time, both for me, and my other two level 80 characters.

The OP mentioned his warrior, but the armory doesn't have a single hit on his warrior (link on his profile), and the only character that worked was a hunter without any serious raid achievements.
As always. If you're claiming something, please back it up with facts.

Alright. Cleared like, half of 25man Ulduar, lacking most hardmodes in Ulduar 10, and haven't touched ToC.

Just because someone was in trade advertising for people to join the group doesn't mean they were actually successful. Putting together a group and actually doing the bosses are two very different things. I'm willing to bet they wiped on Northrend Beasts for a while until it fell apart.
