don't think anyone has said it yet but Darnassus to me would be quite cool, always able to take walks to darkshore or teldrassil, otherwise Karazhan (crypts) or swamp of sorrows

As a dwarf - Loch Modan, it is an awesome area, boars to kill for food and an awesome inn to go drink and socialize a bit. And it is close to Ironforge for some shopping.
As an orc - The Barrens in Ratchet or Booty Bay, I have always liked the company of goblins, and the scenery around thier towns. I can imagine drinking with those little fellas, and go out murder some alliance in the arena, it would be awesome. Oh and also an auction house close/a bout ride away.

This is easy.
-Eversong Woods. I love this place and sometimes just ride around here because its beautiful and the music is perfect.
-Nagrand. I also go here to just fly around (preferably at night! so amazing)
-Dun Morogh. Its nice and peaceful, with plenty to explore.
