Or, y'know, you could've just told him instead of being snarky.
Increases your movement speed by 8%, but you can only have 1 of these since it's a metagem (only 1 meta socket in your gear), and it doesn't stack with any other movement speed increasing effects.
At a guess, the
Tuskarr's Vitality
enchant is a better option, since it then frees up your meta socket for a better metagem.

besides, there's areas i haven't learned about, just coming back to wow and all, and this meta gem = only one, is one of them. everything else has unique or unique and a number.

Protip: not everyone knows everything about the site. Snarky one-line responses don't help the user at all, and simply make you look like an idiot. If you can't be bothered to actually help someone, then don't bother posting.

If Wowhead isn't what it used to be, it's because people no longer see the forums or comments as an opportunity to help others. Instead they see it as an opportunity to prove their superiority to others or to complain about how Wowhead was "so much better when". You can direct him to the relevant data without being a jerk about it.
Also, I've warned you before. Don't think that Premium badge protects you, I've already banned ONE of your accounts. :P
