Toy Story 3, on my 19th birthday, for crying out loud (pun not intended).
I had seen the original Toy Story with my mom in theatres when I was just 4, and now 15 years later, as Andy's getting ready to go to college and I'm getting ready to leave for the Army, we decided it would be poetic for us to see it together again, so she took me on my birthday. Sad, sad, great movie.

Only movie to ever make me cry was American History X (and sixth sense but only cause I was tired.)
I saw one scene of the movie and I cried at it, then I decided to watch the entire movie, and then cried at the same scene.

I've never cried at a movie, but my throat has hurt from sympathy with the hero/main character.

I have only ever cried at one movie in my entire life, and that is the ending to Grave of the Fireflies, when I was like ten or eleven.
Never Let me Go brought me pretty close though.

Big Fish.
Every time
.
Though I can't think of any movies off the top of my head, I seem to get choked up during the really beautiful or epic scenes more often than the ones that are actually supposed to make you sad.

Up and Toy Story, but in different ways. That montage in the beginning of Up just killed me. It was soooo depressing.
But in the original Toy Story, when the rocket shoots Buzz and Woody into the air and the two start flying, the music, the dialogue, everything added to the epicness of that scene and I couldn't help but shed a tear.

Brotherhood.
That and Terminator 2 once lol, but that's because I lost my father early on in life so I can relate to how Mr. O'Connor feels.... and then Arnie has to go and stick his thumb up, and my eyes moistened ;)

Mine was because the beauty of YoungCaprio died instead of that ugly house of a woman.

I've never flat out cried because of a movie, but for some stupid reason most animals deaths in movies make my eyes tear up. I mean I can laugh my but off when some human dies, but animals,
especially dogs
, get to me.
Same. I always nearly tear up when the animal dies.
I can't think of any movie where I've ever cried, at least not since childhood, but any scene where the protagonist is at his lowest of the low and $%^& just keeps kicking him down will always get me close to tearing up.
The Pursuit of Happyness comes to mind.
