Hero class doesn't mean "give it everything." Hero class means you get to take a short cut to level one to 80.
I think in most people's minds, 'hero class' simply means 'better than the other classes'.
And that's why they should never release a new class dubbed 'hero'.

wait. how was i complaining about sub rogues?.....lmfao... tanlords if you think DKs are the king of inturupts u have never played a sham.. 6 second interupt every... 3 seconds? have YOU even heard of using CC? dont holy light if they are able to attack you... pallys have a way out of tight spots.. its called hammer of justice. a 5 second "heal till im oom" button with a 30 second cooldown for most people... nice.
and open.. if you didnt realize i was talking to his partner... you should read more of the post... that should answer around 4 of your complaints. easiest to interupt? yea go tell that to ur resto sham friend. all you have to do is get of a flash of light every 30 seconds and use holy shock. spam cleanse and judgement/ white for mana... you never oom and never die.

and like i have said be4.. DKs dont have burst or CC or a MS.. what we have is the ability to control the fight with snares and inturupts.

Are you serious? I really don't want to pick your entire post apart, because that would take too much effort for someone who isn't putting effort into his post.
To clarify what we are talking about.
A good DK's interupt cycle, and we'll combine it with a resto druid for fun, since that's the most OP combo in the game atm and seriously does not take much gear to get to 1850 with.
Mind Freeze(4 second interupt)>Gnaw(3 second pet stun)>Cyclone(6 seconds with nothing)>mind freeze>strangulate(5 second silence)>cyclone(3 seconds with DR)>bash(3 second stun)>mind freeze>pet stun.....
4+3+6+4+5+3+3+4+3=
35 SECONDS
of not being able to cast anything but an instant. If you partner didn't kite the DK away from you while staying in range of healing, he will be dead if the DK is any good at his toon. Swap the rotation around and you can get cyclone off DR before using it again. It usually takes 10-15 seconds to kill someone. Not even a resto druid can heal thru this kind of interupt effectively. This also isn't including the time it takes for him to cast something so you can interupt it.
Tell me something, how many of those abilities have a cooldown of more than 20 seconds? Should I give you a hint? Nah, I'll let you figure it out.
There is a
VERY
large reason that paladin healers aren't very largely used in 2v2. You can literally lock a paladin down if you know how to do it right.
Certain classes have an easier time with holy paladins, others with prot paladins. It's not rocket science to figure out which classes have problems with which spec.
And this isn't even the arguement about why they are OP either.

I used to think DKs were not that bad. My main is a 80 Disc Priest. I could just dispel diseases and they'd hit like kittens, and then I could literally tank them until I ran out of mana. Sometimes I dispelled CoI to taunt them, but there was literally no need, I could just eat the damage and laugh. I wasn't killing them but that's what partners are for right?
Then I leveled my rogue to 80. I still went to town with DKs (sans frost, stupid undodgeable FS) if I used Dismantle + Prep glyphed for another Dismantle, then bleeded them dry while using literally all my cooldowns.
Then I started doing arena on my rogue.
DKs have the best peels in the game. Combined with druid mobility this makes DK/druid completely faceroll.
Solution?
CoI. PUT IN ON MOTHER!@#$ING DR.

It's exactly as Sjoba says. Nerfs are coming patch after patch. DKs are going to be balanced eventually. It is very hard though to do so without killing their PvE abilities.
I read someone said to reduce time of diseases. This would gimp the DKs PvE a lot.
CoI are a bit OP indeed but they do cost 1 frost rune. We have 2 frost runes if we spam CoI then we won't be able to do many other dmg dealing abilities. I personally never spam CoI or else damage dealing breaks. Btw if CoI cost 2 frost runes then we would have about 8 seconds to deal a damage ability that needs a frost rune(DS, SS Oblit). This means that we the CoI effect will wear out since it's duration is 10 seconds. That nerf would be roflsauce, since noone will ever use this ability. Also CoI is not a stun. Why do people in this thread compare it to stuns? it is a 10 sec duration slow that during the 10 secs the other player gains his speed until normal.
Just wait and see...
Also i would like to say this thead is a QQ fest from both anti DKs and DK supporters... The most OP thing about DKs is the fact that all 3 talent trees have tanking abilities making us able to pick up tanking abilities while having a coockie cutter specc. If you compare this to CoI the CoI thing is just annoying instead of being overpowered.
Yes, DKs are OP atm. But all classes were OP at some point during this game. Stop the QQ and be patient. Only a few people put some actual facts and good propositions in this thread.

How to beat a Priest: Spam CoI on the Partner. Watch him go OOM dispelling your diseases, healing your damage, and dispelling CoI.
How to beat a Paladin: They're the easiest healer to lock down. Do you seriously have trouble against them?
Lock dots dealing 2.5k every 3 seconds? That's a whopping... 833 dps. That's something seriously OP man. Rogues complain about diseases being too long not because of the damage, but it wrecks their Vanish. Mages, due to Invisibility. Druids, because they can't restealth.
You know why your diseases deal 400 damage per tick? They're not meant to be your primary sources of damage. You have FS, SS, BS, HS, Pets, DC, Autoattack, and some others I probably didn't mention. Affliction Warlocks... just have DoT's. Are you complaining about Affliction? Because that's just as bad as complaining about Sub Rogues.
As for your response for coordinating that CC: Welcome to RMP. All that CC? Coordinated. OP =/= faceroll. Sap->Poly->Poly->Fear (Poly non-feared target if he's not a focus target) ->CS (assuming caster, if not FN, if Lichborne, alter strategy, poly one target while DK is shackled.)->DF->repeat sequence, but Poly instead of sap. Oh wait, you also have to control multiple targets and call them out properly. A CC chain on one person is very possible, and shouldn't be an event of any significant difficulty.
That didn't even account for the usage of Blind (if trinket is popped), Gouge, Kick, Elemental Freeze, and Shattered Barrier.
Now, given that, the reason why people complain about DK's, and not Mages, is because... Their burst is too easy to pump out. All they need to do is to be close to someone, and they can effortly burst and CC at the same time. The same can't be said for a Mage, who has to make sure to only burst when he's in a safe spot, and is sure that he can nail a kill, since they don't get too many opportunities to do so.
(The solution isn't to bring a Mage down to a DK's level, but the opposite. Raise the skill floor significantly, and the class would be much better.)
Don't bring up Chillblains. It's just as dumb as CoI. 50% undispellable snare auto-applied on a spammable 30 yard range attack.

Here's an idea. Play a paladin, specifically a
holy or prot/holy
paladin, and then try saying your "speach-o-noobism" after you know the actual mechanics of paladin healing. There's a reason I hate playing paladin healer in PvP(yet I'm back to trying to get into it again to get rating cause I can't find a partner that isn't dps that's worth beans).

enlighten me open. where is our amazing CC. where is our amazing burst. lol so your saying frost mages cant stun people every 30 seconds to pull off a sick shattercombo? and your saying u forget about manashield/frostward/iceblock/and ice barrier? if your losing to DKs i realy have pity for you. there is no way that in those 6 seconds of magic shield the DK is able to bring down all of your shields and thats only if you forget to use ice block. nice fail. i just dueled a frost mage today, there is no way to get to them other then those 6 seconds and the few seconds when i use strangulate. to bad i cant get in a mind freeze.. that requires mele range. CoI was resisted 80% of the time and none of my dmg got through. try xplaining how a 6 second silence is any good when the donkey kong cant get to you? you can also spellsteal a lot of our CDs, thats always fun to know.
yes... all we have to do is get close to do a 2-3k every 5 seconds with 400-1ks thrown in.
cool. compaired to other classes thats not amazing. (warlocks stacking 2 8ks instantly on top of each other any1?) or an arcane mage busting an 9k... or an ele sham? dont complain about our burst. its not OP at all.
and no im not complaining about these classes although destro needs a slight nerf..(i play a destro lock) because all of these classes are easy to lockdown and have no real way of kiting. as far as mele classes go... ide say we are in a wopping 3rd place. only beaten by warriors for suckish burst.
we have sustained dmg not burst.... only frost is slightly burst in any way.
HAHa ferals dont have any other inturupts other then maim... thats a good 1. why use feral charge (Bear) or basH? u can do better then that. lawl... i dont think pvp is for you. bear is only for getting out of tough situations...its not that people die to it... its that the druid doesnt.
open.. for that lock dots thing... he ment apiece.
i admit i failed pretty badly at that shammen thing xD i was completely guesing.
